There is a complaining culture in this company. Instead of finding constructive methods to work together, they are always complaining to management about each other behind each other's back. This makes this place a very uncomfortable place.
Things are not rushed. Its up to the individuals to understand the timelines and people work hard by themselves to finish work within time. No one had to force them.

The complaining culture is sick.There is no recognition or appreciation at all for support engineers.Support engineers treated and looked on as low skilled , but there is no scope for them to grow because they spend all their time keeping the sky from falling down on the rest of the company.
