What is the PTO policy at Hexagon Geospatial?

PTO is to be used when you are away from work for vacation, illness, caring for children, school activities, or other personal reasons. PTO is not to be used for jury duty, military leave, or company holidays. PTO hours are accumulated for service completed on at least a monthly basis. PTO accumulation is prorated for partial periods of service. PTO accruals are based on full calendar years of service according to the following schedule: Monthly Accrual (days/year) for full-time employees 0 – 2 years 10.67 (16 days) 3 – 5 years 14.00 (21 days) 6 – 10 years 15.33 (23 days) 11 – 20 years 17.33 (26 days) 21 or more years 20.67 (31 days) The maximum PTO accrual is 320 hours.
