PTO accruals are based on full calendar years of service according to the following schedule: Monthly Accrual (days/year) for full-time employees 0 – 2 years 10.67 (16 days) 3 – 5 years 14.00 (21 days) 6 – 10 years 15.33 (23 days) 11 – 20 years 17.33 (26 days) 21 or more years 20.67 (31 days) The maximum PTO accrual is 320 hours.
