If you mean for teachers, you are told you will get a student teacher, and then you are given no feed back or help to train some of them which are clearly not ready to take on a classroom. I had a student teacher who was assigned two schools. She did a middle school first, then moved to my high school. By then, she thought she knew it all, but she didn't. I did not even know who to contact to tell about how she was not working out. Also, principals just randomly assigned them. No input from teachers.
