What do you like best about the leadership team?
The togetherness and the teamwork
They give good feedback about what is expected and our delivery of expectations.
Fair and culturally diverse team
Dr. Muri is leading us in the right direction. I feel confident that we will help our students become successful members of society.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating teachers as educated professionals who don't need people who haven't been in a classroom in 15 years telling them how to do their jobs. Go discipline kids, we can handle the teaching.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a 401k, life insurance, and health insurance which is more than some companies offer.
Health insurance is fairly good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money please. That is all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The time is spent learning all things
We work well together and enjoy spending the work day together.
They are culturally diverse group
We help each other when stuck on a problem or when we need to brainstorm and bounce ideas off each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
stop asking stupid questions and wasting our time in meetings which can be done by an email
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone likes each other and we all get along
We are all working towards the same goal.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increase the pay and higher quality employees with work experience
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing. All interview processes are horrifying.
Everyone was extremely professional and courteous
They make it easy with and prompt about the results of the interview.

working with my kids and seeing them succeed on a daily basis
