How flexible is your work schedule at Springbranch ISD?

Both flexible and not flexible. I was expected to meet with my classes. I was able to negotiate a deal with my building principal about coming in late and staying later for afterschool activities. However, this proved to be a problem when more and more responsibilites were dumped on me in the after school activities. I wanted out of the arrangement for two years, but felt I couldn't ask to opt out since I had agreed to it initially. I retired instead.
