Mr. Gavin M. Turner is a Co-Founder of Mainsail Partners and has been its Managing Partner since April 2003. Mr. Turner is a part of Mainsail Partners investment and operations team. He leads new investments and co-manages Mainsail Partners. He served as Managing Director of Madrone Group, LLC. He served as Vice President and Senior Associate/Associate of Summit Partners LLP from April 1995 to March 2002 and was responsible for west coast media and communications technology investments and seven years of direct private equity experience. Mr. Turner completed 14 investments totaling $200 million of capital. He served at KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Mr. Turner held a senior management position at Sirenza Microdevices Inc. He has been a Director of InterCerve, Inc. since June 16, 2015. He has been a Director of sqlSentry, LLC since June 16, 2015 and PayLease, LLC since October 2010. He serves as a Director of 3DGeo and Nexus Systems. He has been a Board Member at nCourt, LLC since October 2013 and Brilliant Earth since December 2012. Mr. Turner is an active board member for Mainsail Partners portfolio companies and advisor to Chief Executive Officers. He served as a Director of Steelwedge Software, Inc., since August 2011 until August 9, 2016. He served as a Member of the Board of Managers/Board Member at Togo's Eateries, Inc. from December 2007 to August 2011. He served as a Board Member at The Bar Method from July 2012 to January 2015. Mr. Turner served as a Director of CMS Operations, LLC from November 2003 to October 2008. Mr. Turner served as a Director at Systech Corporation. He serves as a Director at Novus Biologicals, LLC from November 2008 to July 2014, eSecuritel Holdings, LLC from March 2005 to April 2011, Professional HealthCare at Home, LLC from August 2006 to September 2011 and IPS Learning, LLC from November 2007 to February 2014. In 2010, Mr. Turner started the Madrone Foundation. He also has experience as an entrepreneur. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2002 to 2004 and an A.B. in Economics, with honors, from Stanford University from 1992 to 1996.
