Mr. Gavin M. Turner is a Co-Founder of Mainsail Partners and has been its Managing Partner since April 2003. Mr. Turner is a part of Mainsail Partners investment and operations team. He leads new investments and co-manages Mainsail Partners. He served as Managing Director of Madrone Group, LLC. He served as Vice President and Senior Associate/Associate of Summit Partners LLP from April 1995 to March 2002 and was responsible for west coast media and communications technology investments and seven years of direct private equity experience. Mr. Turner completed 14 investments totaling $200 million of capital. He served at KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Mr. Turner held a senior management position at Sirenza Microdevices Inc. He has been a Director of InterCerve, Inc. since June 16, 2015. He has been a Director of sqlSentry, LLC since June 16, 2015 and PayLease, LLC since October 2010. He serves as a Director of 3DGeo and Nexus Systems. He has been a Board Member at nCourt, LLC since October 2013 and Brilliant Earth since December 2012. Mr. Turner is an active board member for Mainsail Partners portfolio companies and advisor to Chief Executive Officers. He served as a Director of Steelwedge Software, Inc., since August 2011 until August 9, 2016. He served as a Member of the Board of Managers/Board Member at Togo's Eateries, Inc. from December 2007 to August 2011. He served as a Board Member at The Bar Method from July 2012 to January 2015. Mr. Turner served as a Director of CMS Operations, LLC from November 2003 to October 2008. Mr. Turner served as a Director at Systech Corporation. He serves as a Director at Novus Biologicals, LLC from November 2008 to July 2014, eSecuritel Holdings, LLC from March 2005 to April 2011, Professional HealthCare at Home, LLC from August 2006 to September 2011 and IPS Learning, LLC from November 2007 to February 2014. In 2010, Mr. Turner started the Madrone Foundation. He also has experience as an entrepreneur. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2002 to 2004 and an A.B. in Economics, with honors, from Stanford University from 1992 to 1996.

Ms. Stephanie Gaufin is Vice President at Mainsail Partners since September 7, 2016. She is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing new investments. She focuses on growth capital and recapitalization investments across several high-growth industries, including healthcare, software-as-a-service and technology-enabled services. She was an Associate at Altamont Capital Partners where she focused on investments in the healthcare and consumer sectors. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Ms. Gaufin advised clients primarily in the telecom, financial institutions, media, and private equity sectors. Ms. Gaufin received a BA and B.S. in Business Management, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. with distinction as an Arjay Miller Scholar from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Vinay Kashyap serves as a Principal of Mainsail Partners and also served as its Vice President. Mr. Kashyap joined it in 2013 and is responsible for leading new growth equity investments. He has been investing in bootstrapped software, technology-enabled services and healthcare technology companies since 2006. Prior to Mainsail, he was a Senior Associate at Summit Partners LLP, where he sourced, executed and supported over $200 million of growth equity investments across North America, Europe and Asia. While at Summit, he focused primarily on technology, healthcare and business services investments and was a founding member of its India office. Before joining Summit, Mr. Kashyap worked as a Consultant at Deloitte's Strategy and Operations team. Mr. Kashyap was served at Citigroup Corporate & Investment Bank, American India Foundation and Citigroup Global Markets. He has been a Director at InterCerve, Inc. since June 16, 2015. He has been a Director of SQL Sentry since June 16, 2015. He serves as a Director of PlayMaker CRM, Inc., Nexus Systems and Steelwedge. He is also a Board Member of Zen Planner, LLC and Nexus Systems, Inc. Mr. Kashyap holds an A.B. in Economics and International Relations from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Michael J. Anderson is a Partner and Investment Partner at Mainsail Partners. Mr. Anderson focuses on healthcare, software and technology sectors. He served as an Analyst at Gleacher & Co. Mr. Anderson was a Principal of Summit Partners. He joined Summit Partners growth equity team in 2005, and focused primarily on the healthcare and life sciences sector for nine years. He served as Vice President at Summit Partners LLP. Mr. Anderson was active in its investment activities in North America, Europe, and Asia. He served as an Analyst at Nassau Capital, L.L.C. Prior to this, Mr. Anderson served at Danaher Corporation and as a Financial Analyst at Gleacher Partners LLC. He also served as an Associate at Onex Corporation. He has been a Director of Integrated DNA Technologies, Inc. since March 19, 2014. Mr. Anderson has been a Director of National Veterinary Associates, Inc. since April 19, 2007. He serves on the Board of PeraHealth. Mr. Anderson served as Director of CareCentrix, Inc. Mr. Anderson has spent over a decade investing in private companies within the healthcare and life science sectors. Mr. Anderson holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.

Mr. Taylor McKinley is an Operating Partner at Mainsail Partners. He is a part of the firm's operations team and previously served as a Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President of Technology and Operations since joining the firm in 2012. Mr. McKinley also works with the investment teams to investigate new areas of investment for the firm. He is a Director of Bio-Optronics. He works with Mainsail Partners's portfolio companies to drive improvements in product development, pricing, technology implementation, customer success, and sales force optimization. Additionally, he has played a critical role in expanding Mainsail's talent recruiting platform. Prior to joining Mainsail, he managed software products at Fortify Software. During his six years at Fortify and HP, Mr. McKinley ran the Software as a Service (SaaS) product line, the mobile technology product line and the pricing strategy and implementation for all products. He also served as a Director, SaaS Products at HP Enterprise Security. Prior to Fortify, he served as an Associate of Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he served as an Associate of New England Capital Partners and a Principal at The Parthenon Group. At Parthenon, Mr. McKinley helped lead projects for sales force optimizations, mergers and acquisitions integrations, acquisitions and pricing analyses for companies in the technology, retail, healthcare, private equity and publishing industries. He was President of Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has a B.A. in Economics and English from Williams College.

Mr. Sandy McKinnon is a Vice President at Mainsail Partners since September 7, 2016. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing new investments. He focuses on growth capital and recapitalization investments across several high-growth industries, including software-as-a-service and technology-enabled services. He was an Associate at Francisco Partners Management LLC where he executed equity capital investments across software and technology-enabled services markets. Prior to it, he was an Analyst at Gleacher & Company in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Mr. McKinnon holds Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and B.S.E. and MEM in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Mr. William R. Salisbury, also known as Bill, is the Operating Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Mainsail Partners since August 3, 2016. He works with Mainsail's portfolio companies to help them scale their financial operations as they migrate from bootstrapping to investing for growth. He also helps the investment team at Mainsail evaluate new investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Salisbury served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hearsay Social, Inc. since March 2015 where he oversaw finance, accounting, legal and people operations. Mr. Salisbury served as the Chief Financial Officer of Avast Software B.V. since November 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Salisbury served as the Chief Financial Officer of Crescendo Bioscience, Inc. from 2009 to 2011 which he joined prior to product release, building the finance organization and driving capital raising activities including the innovative financing transaction that ultimately led to Crescendo's acquisition by Myriad Genetics. Prior to joining Crescendo, he was Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, where he advised the senior management of corporate clients in preparing for, structuring and executing public and private equity and debt financing transactions and on a broad range of capital-raising and investor-relations topics. From 1994 to 2008, Mr. Salisbury was with Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division, where he advised senior management of technology companies on initial public offerings and other equity and debt financings. He led the execution of over 150 financings, including 75 IPOs in technology and healthcare. He started his career in corporate law practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he completed numerous equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and debt restructurings. Mr. Salisbury has nearly 25 years of corporate finance and legal experience. Mr. Salisbury holds a B.A. in International Relations, with distinction, from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Chris Cassidy has been an Operating Partner at Mainsail Partners since August 2012. Mr. Cassidy is a part of Mainsail Partners' operations team and is responsible for working with the leadership teams at its portfolio companies to drive growth through digital marketing strategies, insights and execution. He leverages the latest products and technologies to engage and convert customers for Mainsail's portfolio companies. Mr. Cassidy also helps the investment team evaluate opportunities in the software and Internet markets. He has been with Mainsail since 2010 and is responsible to driving growth at Mainsail portfolio companies through digital strategy and execution in areas such as social media, search marketing and lead-management. He has worked with portfolio companies Togo s, Steelwedge Software and Paylease. He served as Vice President of Digital Marketing at Mainsail Partners. Prior to joining Mainsail Partners in 2010, Mr. Cassidy served as Vice President at Yahoo! Inc. (Now known as Altaba Inc.)leading strategy and marketing for its media businesses. He spent 10 years directing marketing strategies and programs which established Yahoo!'s leadership position in key categories, including fantasy sports, entertainment news and original video content. he worked at several startup companies including Action Marketing Group (a Warren Miller Entertainment Company) and mobile billing software company ITDS. He serves as Director at Ncontracts LLC. Mr. Cassidy graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1994.
