Mr. Rick Yan is a Co-Founder of 51job Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2000 and serves as its President and Secretary. Mr. Yan is responsible for 51job Inc.'s overall strategy and management. He served as an Investor and Advisor of 51job. Mr. Yan served as a Director and the Head of China Practice at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting company. Mr. Yan joined the Bain & Company in London in 1989, returned to Asia and set up Bain & Companys Hong Kong and Beijing offices since 1991 and 1993, respectively. In his 11-year tenure with Bain & Company, Mr. Yan was widely acknowledged as an expert in the consumer products and technology sectors. He has been a Director of 51job Inc. since 2000. Prior to his affiliation with Bain & Company, Mr. Yan worked at Hewlett-Packard in Hong Kong for four years and was awarded Marketing Executive of the Year. Mr. Yan received his Bachelor of Engineering degree and Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Hong Kong and his Master of Business Administration Degree with distinction from INSEAD in France.

Ms. Kathleen Chien is a Co-Founder of 51job Inc. and has been its Chief Operating Officer since March 2009 and has been its Acting Chief Financial Officer since November 2009. Ms. Chien has been responsible for managing various functions and operations for over 10 years. She served as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of 51job Inc. until March 2009 and served as Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to March 2009. She served in the financial services and management consulting industries, including three years with Bain & Company in Hong Kong and two years with Capital Securities Corp. During her tenure at Bain & Company, Ms. Chien consulted a number of companies on strategic and marketing issues, including entry into the Chinese market and achieving cost and operational efficiencies. While at Capital Securities Corp., she completed a number of equity and equity linked transactions, including the first ever Swiss franc convertible bond issuance out of Taiwan, enabling client companies to raise significant capital from the European and U.S. investment community. Ms. Chien served as Independent Director of ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. from September 2010 to August 2, 2017. She has been an Independent Director at Vipshop Holdings Limited since March 22, 2012. Ms. Chien received Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her Master of Business Administration Degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Linda Chien serves as Head of Investor Relations and Vice President at 51job Inc. and served as its Director of Investor Relations. Ms. Chien joined 51job Inc. in 2004. Prior to 51job, she worked in corporate finance at Lehman Brothers and in investor relations consulting with Financial Relations Board, a division of MWW Group. Ms. Chien received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Weimin Jin, also known as David, serves as Senior Vice President of 51job Inc. Mr. Jin served as Vice President of 51job Inc. He joined 51job Inc. in 2000. He served in sales management positions in large multinational companies, including three years at Shell and one year with Colgate Palmolive. Mr. Jin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Xidian University.
