Mr. Mark J. Alles has been the Chief Executive Officer of Celgene Corporation since March 1, 2016. Mr. Alles served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Celgene Corporation (also know as Celgene Inc.) and Celgene Limited from August 1, 2014 to March 1, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Celgene Corporation since February 15, 2012 until August 1, 2014 and also served as its Global Head of Hematology & Oncology since December 2012 until August 1, 2014. Mr. Rupert J. Vessey, MA, BM BCh, FRCP, DPhil serves as Vice-President of Molecular Profiling and Site Head at MRL Boston. Mr. Vessey has been Executive Vice President and President of Research & Early Development at Celgene Corporation since January 2016. Mr. Vessey served as Vice President and Basic Research Site Head at Merck Research Laboratories. He joined Celgene in January 2015 as Senior Vice President of Translational Development. He served as Senior Vice President of Early Development and Discovery Sciences at Merck. During his ten years with Merck, he was responsible for numerous drug development programs and served as Senior Vice President of Early Development and Discovery Sciences, Senior Vice President of Respiratory and Immunology Franchise and Vice President of Drug Discovery and Informatics. Mr. Vessey held positions in internal medicine, diabetes and endocrinology at the Hammersmith Hospital, Royal Postgraduate Medical School, London, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford and St Bartholomew's Hospital, London. He joined the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1997 and since then has held position of increasing responsibility at two major companies, Glaxo and Merck. His experience covers all phases of drug discovery and development from target identification, experimental medicine, early development though to late development. Prior to Merck, he spent five years at GlaxoSmithKline in drug discovery, experimental medicine and early clinical development of therapeutics for respiratory and immune diseases. He has been a Director at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. since April 19, 2017. He serves as Director of PharmAkea, Inc. He is an elected Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. He is Medical Research Training Fellow at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Oxford University UK. Mr. Vessey graduated from Oxford University with degrees in Physiological Sciences (MA), Clinical Medicine (BM, BCH) and a DPhil (PhD) in Molecular Immunology.

Mr. Robert J. Hugin, also known as Bob, MBA, has been an Executive Chairman of Celgene Corporation since March 1, 2016. Mr. Hugin served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Celgene Limited since June 2011 and June 16, 2010 respectively. Mr. Hugin served as the Chief Executive Officer of Celgene Corporation from June 16, 2010 to March 1, 2016. He served as the President of Celgene Corporation since May 1, 2006 until August 1, 2014. He served as Secretary of Celgene Corporation and served as its Chief Financial Officer from June 1999 to May 1, 2006, Chief Operating Officer from May 1, 2006 to June 16, 2010 and as its Senior Vice President from June 1999 to May 1, 2006. At Celgene Corp., he was responsible for the firm's financial, technology and administrative activities. Mr. Hugin held positions with J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. since his joining in 1985 until April 1999 and served as its Managing Director. He served as the Chairman of Celgene Corporation from June 16, 2011 to March 1, 2016 and has been its Director since December 2001. He served as Chairman of the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey. He has been Independent Director of The Medicines Company since April 2003. He has been a Director of Coley Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. since June 15, 2005 and Independent Director of Danaher Corporation since July 14, 2016. Mr. Hugin serves as a Director of Celgene Cellular Therapeutics. He serves as a Director of PhRMA and Family Promise, a national non-profit network assisting homeless families. He serves as Trustee of Atlantic Health System Inc. He served as a United States Marine Corps infantry officer during the intervening period. He served as Chairman of the Board of The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America and is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Princeton University, The Medicines Company and The Darden Foundation, University of Virginia. Mr. Hugin received an AB Degree from Princeton University in 1976 and an MBA from the University of Virginia in 1985.

Ms. Terrie Curran has been the President of Inflammation & Immunology at Celgene Corporation since April 1, 2017. Ms. Curran has been a Corporate Vice President USA with Celgene Pharmaceuticals since 2013. She served as Head of Worldwide Commercial Markets for Global Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) Franchise at Celgene Corporation since 2016 until April 1, 2017. She served as a General Manager of Australia and New Zealand of Schering-Plough Corp. She has comprehensive experience from the pharmaceutical industry from her executive roles with, inter alia, Merck and Celgene with responsibilities in sales, marketing and market access as well as licensing, alliance management, pipeline and portfolio management. Ms. Curran has held global commercial and marketing leadership roles. Her special qualifications include strong global commercial experience and knowledge, including the US market. Her knowledge serves her as a Discussion Partner for the Board and Executive Management. She has been an Independent Director of Myovant Sciences Ltd. since November 2016. She served as a Director of H. Lundbeck A/S since 2014 until 2017. Ms. Curran holds BSc in Applied Sciences and Graduate Diploma of Marketing from the University of Technology in Sydney.

Mr. Nadim Ahmed has been the President of Hematology and Oncology at Celgene Corporation since August 23, 2017. Mr. Ahmed served as President of Worldwide Markets, Hematology and Oncology at Celgene Corporation since March 2016 and its General Manager of US Hematology & Oncology from August 2014 to March 2016. He joined the Global Marketing team in 2010 as Global Head of Marketing for Celgene's Myeloma Franchise after holding positions of increasing responsibility in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Global and US Marketing at GSK. Mr. Gerald F. Masoudi, also known as Jerry, has been the Executive Vice President at Celgene Corporation since June 1, 2015 and has been its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 1, 2015. Mr. Masoudi served as Associate General Counsel/Chief Counsel of the United States Food and Drug Administration since October 2007. He served as a Partner of Covington & Burling LLP and served as co-chairman of the Food and Drug practice group. At Covington, he advised multinational companies and trade associations on significant litigation, enforcement, regulatory and public policy matters. He served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in charge of International, Policy and Appellate Matters in the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice Since 2005. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Principal Deputy Associate General Counsel for the Food and Drug Division, serving for a time as Acting Associate General Counsel. Before joining the Food and Drug Division, he was a Partner of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott. He also clerked for Judge Frank H. Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He graduated with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 1993, where he was an Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Masoudi received his B.A. in economics in 1990 from Amherst College.

Gayle Gironda serves as the Vice President, Human Resources, Global Franchises of Celgene. Gayle started at Celgene in April of 2018. Gayle currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
