Mr. Kenneth F. Meyers, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. since September 2015. Mr. Meyers served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Hospira Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President of Organizational Transformation and People Development since November 2008. He has more than 25 years of senior leadership, HR and operations experience. Prior to joining Hospira in December 2008, he served as a Partner at Mercer/Oliver Wyman Consulting, an international management consulting firm. As a specialist in leadership development, Mr. Meyers worked with senior teams to accelerate high performance and has served as a principal consultant and coach to senior executives at well-known companies such as Amgen, L'Oreal, Nike, Novartis, Time Warner, Sara Lee and Unilever. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Starbucks Coffee International. He joined Gymboree as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in March 1997. Mr. Meyers became Senior Vice President of Store Operations and Human Resources at Gymboree in February 2000. Previously, Mr. Meyers served as Vice President, Human Resources at Walt Disney Imagineering from 1995 to 1997. Prior to Disney, he held executive positions in human resources at United Technologies Corporation. He has been an Independent Director at INC Research Holdings, Inc. since October 31, 2016. Mr. Meyers serves on the Board of Directors for Elyssa's Mission. He also is a member of the Board of Directors at The Henry P. Kendall Foundation. Mr. Meyers earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Human Resources Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
