Mr. E. Scott Santi has been the Chief Executive Officer of Illinois Tool Works Inc. since November 2012 and has been its President since October 2012. Mr. Santi served as the Chief Operating Officer of Illinois Tool Works Inc., from October 12, 2012 to November 18, 2012. He served as the President of J & B Aviation Services Inc. He joined Illinois Tool Works Inc., in 1983 and also served as its has been an Executive Vice President since 2004 and served various sales, marketing and general management positions with the construction products, machined components and welding businesses during his 22 years with Illinois Tool Works Inc. Mr. Santi has spent his entire career with Illinois Tool Works Inc. where he joined in 1983 as a Sales Representative for Illinois Tool Works Inc.'s Buildex division which manufactures fasteners for the commercial construction market. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Santi progressed through a series of sales and marketing management assignments at Buildex and at ITW's Paslode division. Since 1995, he served as General Manager of ITW's Vortec division. He served as Vice President and General Manager of ITW's Hobart Ground Power business since 1997 and also served as its Vice President and General Manager for all of the Hobart Brothers businesses since 1998. In 2002, he was promoted to Group Vice President for the Welding Products Group, adding responsibility for ITW's welding businesses in Europe and Asia. He served as President of the Welding Products Focus Markets Group since 2003 and was responsible for a number of welding power source and welding accessory divisions in North America. He served as Executive Vice President of Power Systems & Electronics. He has been Chairman of the Board at Illinois Tool Works Inc., since May 2015. He served as Vice Chairman of Illinois Tool Works Inc. from December 2008 to October 12, 2012. He serves as a Trustee of Rush University Medical Center. Mr. Sundaram Nagarajan, also known as Naga, has been an Executive Vice President of Automotive OEM Segment of Illinois Tool Works Inc. since August 2010. Mr. Nagarajan has responsibility for Illinois Tool's global welding businesses. He has been with ITW for 19 years and has held a series of engineering and management roles within ITW's welding businesses. He served as Group President, welding international. Mr. Nagarajan holds a B.S. from South Gujarat University, India, an M.S. and Ph.D. from Auburn University and an MBA from Wright State University.

Mr. Michael M. Larsen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Illinois Tool Works Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Larsen served as Chief Financial Officer of Gardner Denver Inc. since October 11, 2010 and its Interim Vice President since July 30, 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gardner Denver Inc from November 19, 2012 to July 30, 2013. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Gardner Denver Inc since July 2012 and also served as its Vice President since October 11, 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at GE Water & Process Technologies, Inc. His previous experience includes more than 15 years with General Electric Company, where he served in a variety of financial leadership roles in GE Plastics, GE Industrial, GE Energy Services and GE Power & Water. He joined GE's European Healthcare organization in Paris, France in 1995 and served on its Corporate Audit staff for six years. Additionally, he worked in the banking industry in Denmark and Luxembourg during the early years of his career. Mr. Larsen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the American University of Paris and MBA's from Columbia University and London Business School.

Mr. Randall J. Scheuneman, also known as Randy, has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Illinois Tool Works Inc., since August 3, 2009 and has overall responsibility for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Scheuneman previously held several financial leadership positions at W.W. Grainger, Inc. including Vice President, Finance for the Lab Safety Supply business and Vice President of Internal Audit. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago.

Mr. John R. Hartnett has been an Executive Vice President of Welding Segment of Illinois Tool Works Inc. since 2012. Mr. Hartnett served as an Executive Vice President of Global Construction Products at Illinois Tool Works Inc. since May 2012. He served as Group President of the Automotive Aftermarket businesses. Prior to that, he held a series of management and engineering roles for numerous businesses in Industrial Packaging. He has been an Independent Director at HNI Corp. since August 9, 2016. Mr. Hartnett holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Mr. Norman Dale Finch, Jr. has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Illinois Tool Works Inc. since February 2017. Mr. Finch served as a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Sealed Air Corporation since May 2013 until January 2017. He served as a Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Zimmer Holdings, Inc. (now Zimmer Biomet Holdings) since October 2009 until May 2013. Mr. Finch joined Zimmer in 2005 as Associate Counsel. From December 2005 to May 2007, he served as Americas and Global Marketing Counsel. From May 2007 to December 2007, Mr. Finch served as Assistant General Counsel, Americas and from December 2007 to October 2009, he served as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Zimmer, Mr. Finch practiced law with Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. He has been a Director at Sealed Air Limited since July 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Michael R. Zimmerman has been an Executive Vice President of The Construction Products Segment at Illinois Tool Works Inc. since January 2015. Mr. Zimmerman is responsible for the global construction group, which manufactures and sells fasteners, anchors, tools and software for residential and commercial construction applications. Mr. Zimmerman joined ITW in connection with its acquisition of Permatex in 2005. Most recently, Mr. Zimmerman served as Group President for the Welding Oil & Gas Platform and was previously a Group President in the Polymers & Fluids Segment. Mr. Zimmerman graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. degree and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

Mr. Steven L. Martindale, also known as Steve, has been Executive Vice President of Test & Measurement and Electronics Segment at Illinois Tool Works Inc. since December 2008. Mr. Martindale served as an Executive Officer of International Garden Products Inc. He served as Group President of Test and Measurement since ITW's acquisition of Instron in 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Instron Corporation. He joined Instron in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and later served as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Martindale graduated from California State University, Fullerton with B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Roland M. Martel has been an Executive Vice President of Specialty Products Segment at Illinois Tool Works Inc. since 2006. Mr. Martel served as an Executive Vice President of Automotive, Appliance & Industrial at Illinois Tool Works, Inc., since 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Automotive Components Businesses since October 27, 2006. Mr. Martel is responsible for ITW's automotive fastener businesses. During, Mr. Martel's 12 year tenure with ITW, he served in a variety of operating positions before becoming President of drawn metal components in 2001 and President of the global automotive component businesses in 2005. He joined ITW in 1994 as the General Manager of ITW Anchor Stampings. Over the years, he held various Vice President and President positions in the ITW Metal Components division. Mr. Martel earned his B.A. degree in Mathematics from Colby College in Waterville, ME in 1976. In 1982 he received an MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from Cornell University.

Mr. Juan Valls has been an Executive Vice President of Polymers & Fluids Segment at Illinois Tool Works Inc. since 2007. Mr. Valls served as an Executive Vice President of Performance Polymers & Fluids of Illinois Tool Works Inc since 2010. Mr. Valls served as an Executive Vice President of Auto Fasteners & Industrial Fasteners at Illinois Tool Works Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of global automotive fasteners since October 2007. Mr. Valls served as Vice President and General Manager of ITW Delfast International automotive fasteners. He has held numerous European automotive management positions at ITW. He joined ITW in 1989 as Business Manager of ITW Nexus Europe. He also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ITW since 2006. He served as an Auditor and Consultant of Arthur Andersen. Mr. Valls received his degree in Business Administration from ESADE in Barcelona.
