Dr. Terence H. Matthews, also known as Terry, serves as a Vice President of Business Development of Mosaic Technologies Corporation. Dr. Matthews serves as Advisor of Cambrai Solutions Inc. He has nearly two decades of experience managing high technology organizations and held Executive positions with several leading technology companies, from 1984 to 2003, including, Digital Equipment for Canada Ltd. from 1984 to 1990, Wang Canada Ltd. from 1990 to 1992 and Arthur Andersen. From January 2003 to June 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Wysdom Inc. From March 2002 to December 2002, he served as a Management Consultant for technology companies. Mr. Don Schleicher has been a Senior Vice President of America Sales at Mitel Networks Corporation since September 2017. Mr. Schleicher served as Executive Vice President of Sales at ServiceMax, Inc. since October 22, 2015 until September 2017. Mr. Schleicher lead the ServiceMax's global sales operation, overseeing field sales, solution consulting, sales development and sales enablement and was also responsible for customer relations and retention. He has sales experience in the enterprise community. He is a key player in driving expansion and sales productivity on all levels throughout the ServiceMax. Mr. Volynsky served as Director General for Russia & CIS Region for Newbridge Networks Corp. from 1989 to 1999. He has more than 30 years experience in business development, sales, and research and development. He has worked extensively in Russia and Canada throughout his career holding positions such as Vice President of Business Development and Head of Representative Office, Russia and CIS and the Baltic States for Wesley Clover International Corporation, Director of Research and Development - Network Management for Newbridge Networks, and Systems Network Architecture and Network Management for Equatorial Communications Company (ECC). Mr. Volynsky has a Master's Degree in Math from Moscow State University.

Mr. Martin Derungs has been Executive Vice President and Regional President Europe I at Mitel Networks Corporation since 2014. This role spans all sales and related sales-support responsibilities activities for Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Austria, with Central and Southeastern Europe, and Russia with the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Mr. Derungs has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He served as Regional Group President of Aastra Technologies Ltd. since 2008, where he led the business activities of it across various countries in Europe. Mr. Derungs served as Regional Group President of Aastra Telecom Schweiz Ag at Aastra Technologies Ltd. Mr. Derungs served as Vice-President of European Business Development of Aastra Technologies Ltd. Mr. Derungs came to Mitel following its acquisition of Aastra in January 2014, where he held a number of executive positions. From 2010 to 2013, he headed all European business activities at Aastra with the exception of the French market. This role also expanded to include pan-European business and strategy development for Aastra's cloud service deployment. From 2006 to 2008, he served as Vice President of International Sales and Business Development at Aastra and was instrumental in the introduction of its non-system-specific Voice over IP (VoIP) products into Western European markets, and the creation of its European SIP-based terminals. From 2002 to 2006, he served as General Director of Aastra Telecom SL in Spain, where he successfully developed its SME business into the market leader position in the Spanish market. Prior to Aastra, Mr. Derungs served as Global Account Director at MCI WorldCom, and held several key positions at Swiss-based Ascom. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electronic Engineering) in 1988 from the University of Applied Science in Buchs, Switzerland, and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration in 1995 from the Management School St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Mr. Robert D. Agnes, also known as Bob, has been an Executive Vice President of Mitel Networks Corporation since August 13, 2013 and its President of Mitel Enterprise Division since November 17, 2016. Mr. Agnes served as General Manager of Asia Pacific at Mitel Networks Corporation since August 13, 2013 until November 17, 2016. He served as President of Asia-Pacific Region at Lectra Japan Ltd. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Field Marketing at X-Rite, Incorporated since October 11, 2010. He served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific for Lectra Systems, Ltd. He served as President and Director of Asia-Pacific Region at Lectra SA. Prior to joining Lectra, Mr. Agnes spent 21 years holding senior positions at U.S.-based Tektronix, a leading global provider of test, measurement and monitoring equipment. Since 2006, he served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Tektronix, Inc. and from June 23, 2004 to 2006, he served as Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Operations, based in Shanghai, where he defined its growth strategy for the Pacific region. From 2002 to 2004, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Tektronix Berlin, where he was responsible for the Monitoring and Protocol business. He served as the Vice President of Tektronix' Video Business and U.S. Director of Strategic Markets for Tektronix Inc.'s Measurement Business. He started his career at Tektronix, Inc., in 1985. Mr. Agnes holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from George Fox University in Oregon (USA). His undergraduate degree in software engineering from the University of Connecticut.
