Mr. Douglas M. VanOort, also known as Doug, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neogenomics Inc. since October 28, 2009. Mr. VanOort has been the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since March 2009. He joined Neogenomics on November 1, 2004. He has been a Co-Owner of Vision Ace Hardware, LLC since 2000. He serves as Managing Director of Conundrum Capital Partners, LLC and has been its Founding Partner since 2000. From 1982 to 1995, he served in various executive capacities at Corning Incorporated, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corning Life Sciences B.V., Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and in a variety of divisional and corporate level financial positions. Mr. George A. Cardoza has been the Chief Financial Officer of Neogenomics Inc. since November 2009 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Cardoza has been the Chief Financial Officer at Neogenomics Laboratories, Inc. since November 2009 and has been its Senior Vice President since October 3, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Protocol Services Acquisition Corp. Mr. Cardoza joined NeoGenomics in November 2009. He has over 25 years of financial experience. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Protocol Global Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Protocol Global Solutions in 2006, Mr. Cardoza was employed by Quest Diagnostics in a variety of financial roles of increasing responsibility. While at Quest Diagnostics, he served as Controller of the Central Region with responsibility for 11 major laboratories. Before joining the new financial headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, he spent 14 years with Quest Diagnostics, an S&P 500 company. His experience also extends to working with Sony Music Entertainment in New York City, as well as a Chicago-based CPA firm. He received his finance and accounting degree from the Syracuse University and his MBA from Michigan State University.

Mr. Steven C. Jones, also known as Steve, has been an Executive Vice President of NeoGenomics Inc. since November 4, 2016 and served as its Chief Compliance Officer since February 07, 2013. Mr. Jones has been Chief Compliance Officer of Neogenomics Laboratories, Inc. since February 7, 2016. He has been an Executive Vice President of Finance at Neogenomics Laboratories, Inc. since November 2009 and served as its Director of Investor Relations until September 12th 2015. He serves as the Managing Director of Medical Venture Partners LLC. Mr. Jones has also been the President and Managing Director of Aspen Capital Advisors, LLC since January 2001 and is Founder of T3 Communications, LLC. He is a Co-founder of Aspen Capital Group and serves as its Chairman. He served as Director of Investor Relations of NeoGenomics Inc. Mr. Jones received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1985 and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.

Dr. Steven G. Brodie, Ph.D., FACMG, has been the President of Pharma Services Division at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since September 2016. Dr. Brodie served as the Chief Scientific Officer of Neogenomics Inc. since April 16, 2015 until October 31, 2016 and its Director of BioPharma Operations since March 2, 2016 until October 31, 2016 and serves as its President of Pharma Services Division. Dr. Brodie served as Director of Molecular Genetics & Cytogenetics - Florida at Neogenomics Inc. until March 2, 2016. Dr. Brodie served as Medical Director of Fort Myers at Neogenomics Inc. Dr. Brodie served as Chief Scientific Officer at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc and served as its Medical Director and also as Director of Molecular Genetics & Cytogenetics since 2011. He received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from UNM School of Medicine in 1996 and completed Clinical Genetics training in Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetics at UCLA. In 1989, he received M.S. in Biology from University of Texas, San Antonio, TX. 1988, he received B.S. degree in Biology from University of Texas, San Antonio, TX.

Mr. Robert J. Shovlin, also known as Rob, has been President of Clinical Services Division at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since October 3, 2016. Mr. Shovlin serves as the President of Clinical Services Division of Neogenomics Inc. and served as its Chief Growth Officer since March 2, 2016. Mr. Shovlin served as Chief Growth Officer at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since March 2, 2016 until October 3, 2016. Mr. Shovlin served as the Chief Operating Officer of NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Shovlin served as the Chief Operating Officer of Neogenomics Inc. since October 13, 2014 until March 2, 2016. Mr. Shovlin served as Chief Development Officer of Bostwick Laboratories, Inc. Prior to working at Quest Diagnostics, he held several sales and sales management roles at DIANON Systems, Inc. from 1997 to 2003. He was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. from 1992 to 1997, where he served as a Platoon and Company Commander with 1(st) Battalion 4(th) Marines and as an Instructor and Staff Platoon Commander at the Basic School. He served as a Director at Aureon Biosciences, Inc. Mr. Shovlin holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Mr. Steven A. Ross, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Information Officer of NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since April 2013 and its Vice President since October 3, 2016. Mr. Ross has been the Chief Information Officer of Neogenomics Inc. since April 2013 and serves as its Vice President. He has over 25 years of Technology leadership experience. Mr. Ross served as Vice President of Technology of Chico's Fas Inc. from April 2006 to 2013. He joined Chico's Fas Inc. in 2003 as Director of Technology. Mr. Ross held the position of Group Director of Information Security Group for Target, Manager of Technologies Group for American Express, Senior Systems Administrator for NCCI. He has extensive Technology experience in the manufacturing, engineering and financial sectors having served in a variety of management and consulting roles with Motorola, Directv and Allied, Inc. Mr. Ross has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the New Mexico State University.

Ms. Kathryn McKenzie has been Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at NeoGenomics, Inc. since October 17, 2017. Prior to joining NeoGenomics, since 2012, Ms. McKenzie served at Chico's FAS, Inc. in various roles including Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting and Treasury. Ms. McKenzie also previously served as Audit Manager for Ernst and Young. Ms. McKenzie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master's of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Mrs. Jennifer Balliet has been the Chief Culture Officer and Vice President of Human Resources of NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. since September 2016 and 2015 respectively. Mrs. Balliet has been a Vice President of Human Resources of Neogenomics Inc. since 2015 and serves as its Chief Culture Officer. Mrs. Balliet was responsible for all areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, training, compensation, incentive plans and organizational development. She joined NeoGenomics in 2008 as Director of Human Resources. She has managed Human Resources as NeoGenomics grew from 100 employees to more than 800 employees. Mrs. Balliet received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Florida.

Mr. William Bishop Bonello, also known as Bill, is a Vice President, Director of Corporate Development and Treasurer at NeoGenomics, Inc. since April 20, 2017. Mr. Bonello served as a Senior Research Analyst in the equity research department at Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Research Division since 2012. He was responsible for equity research coverage of healthcare technology and services, medical devices, specialty pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors within the healthcare industry. From 2010 to July 2, 2012, Mr. Bonello was a Senior Sell-Side Analyst catering to healthcare stocks at RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Research Division. In 2009, he served as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings. Prior to this, Mr. Bonello served as a Managing Director, Equity Research at Wachovia Securities, LLC, Research Division and also served in a similar capacity at Piper Jaffray Companies, Research Division, covering diagnostic products, research tools and healthcare providers. He also served as a Senior Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Research Division. He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from Carleton College.
