Dr. Kevin M. Stein, Ph.D. has been President and Chief Operating Officer of TransDigm Group Incorporated since January 2017. Dr. Stein served as an Executive Vice President of TransDigm Group Incorporated since November 2014. Dr. Stein served as the Chief Operating Officer of Power & Control at TransDigm Group Incorporated since October 20, 2014 until December 2016 and was responsible for the Fastener Products segment. Dr. Stein served as Executive Vice President at Precision Castparts Corp. from 2009 to November 2011 and served as its President of Pcc Structurals since 2011. He served as President of Fastener Products Division at Precision Castparts Corp. since 2009. He served as President of Cooper Bussmann Inc. since August 22, 2005. Dr. Stein joined Cooper Bussmann from Tyco Electronics, where he has been employed for six years, as general manager of the Raychem Circuit Protection unit. Previously, he served as Global Operations Director and product line general manager of Tyco and Raychem. Dr. Stein served as Chief Operating Officer???Power in October 2014. Dr. Stein served as Executive Vice President and President of the Structurals division of Precision Castparts Corp. from November 2011 to October 2014 and Executive Vice President and President of the Fasteners division of Precision Castparts Corp. from January 2009 to November 2011. He holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Hobart College, Geneva, NY, Dr. Stein earned an M.S. degree in Chemistry and Ph. D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Stanford University.

Mr. Jorge L. Valladares, III, has been an Executive Vice President at TransDigm Group Incorporated since October 2013. Mr. Valladares served as the President Tyee Aircraft at TransDigm Group Incorporated. Mr. Valladares served as the President of AvtechTyee, Inc. (formerly Avtech Corporation)from August 2009 to September 2013. He served as President of AdelWiggins Group from April 2008 to July 2009.

Mr. Roger V. Jones has been an Executive Vice President at TransDigm Group Incorporated since October 1, 2015 and served as the President at AeroControlex Group Inc. at TransDigm Group Incorporated from October 2009 to October 2015. Since September 1994, Mr. Jones has served in a variety of positions at AeroControlex including Project Engineer, Engineering Group Leader, Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering, Director of Quality and Director of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Joel Reiss has been Executive Vice President of TransDigm Group Incorporated since October 1, 2015. Mr. Reiss served as Director of Operations at Adams Rite Aerospace, Inc. Mr. Reiss served as the President of Skurka Aerospace Inc. from July 2010 to May 2012. He served as President of Hartwell Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TransDigm Inc., from May 2012 to October 2015.

Mr. Bryce Wiedemann serves as the President of Airborne Systems North America at TransDigm Group Incorporated and served as its President of Avionic Instruments LLC.
