Mr. Robert Arthur Symons has been the Chief Executive of Western Power Distribution Plc at PPL Corporation since March 2000. Mr. Thompson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Deflecto, LLC. Mr. Thompson served as Senior Vice President of Energy Services at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since August 1999. He served as Senior Vice President, Energy Services of Kentucky Utilities Company, Inc. (KU) and Louisville Gas & Electric Co. (LG&E) since June 7, 2000. He was responsible for all generation, energy marketing and transmission operations. He has over 20 years' experience in the electric and natural gas utility industry. Prior to this he worked in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Thompson served as Vice President, Business Development for LG&E Energy from July 1994 to September 1996 and as Vice President, Retail Electric Business for LG&E from September 1996 to June 1998. He served as Group Vice President for LG&E Energy Marketing, Inc. from June 1998 to August 1999 and as Vice President, Retail Electric Business for LG&E from December 1998 to August 1999. He served as Senior Vice President, Energy Services for LG&E Energy from August 1999 to June 2000. He joined LG&E Energy as Director of Business Development in 1991. He started his career as Manager, Financial Planning at Northwest Industries in Chicago. Previously, Mr. Thompson served in several management positions for Koch Industries and Lone Star Te chnologies. He served as Chairman of FutureGen Industrial Alliance, Inc. He has been a Director of Kentucky Utilities Company, Inc. and Louisville Gas & Electric Co. since January 1, 2005. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Electric Energy Inc., LG&E Energy LLC and Ohio Valley Electric Corp. LG&E and KU are each subsidiaries of LG&E Energy. He serves on the Advisory Board for the University Of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research. He serves as Chairman of the Louisville Free Public Library Foundation Board, a board member of the Louisville Downtown Development Corporation, a board member of the Jefferson County Public Education Foundation and an Executive Committee board member for Greater Louisville Inc. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Louisville. Mr. Thomas J. Lynch, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of PPL Services and Vice President of PPL Services at PPL Corporation since 2016. Mr. Lynch provides oversight and direction for PPL's human resources organization, which includes the traditional core HR, compensation, payroll and benefits functions as well as oversight for security and emergency planning. He has more than 35 years of global Human Resources experience in the energy, services and manufacturing industries. He started his career as a Labor Attorney then moved to IBM for 18 years where he served a series of progressively responsible Human Resources positions. Mr. David G. DeCampli, also known as Dave, has been Global Chief Compliance Officer of PPL Services since January 1, 2016. Mr. DeCampli served as Chief Transition Officer at PPL Corporation. H eserved as the President of PPL Energy Supply, LLC and PPL Generation, LLC from March 4, 2012 to June 10, 2014. Mr. DeCampli served as the Chief Executive Officer of PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, a subsidiary of PPL Corporation since March 28, 2007 and served as its President since April 1, 2007. He has more than 30 years of electric industry experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Engineering and Operations-PPL Electric Utilities of PPL Corp. from December 2006 to April 1, 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Engineering and Operations of PPL Energy Supply LLC from December 4, 2006 to April, 2007. He served as a Vice President of Asset Investment Strategy and Development of Exelon Energy Delivery in Chicago. He started his career at PECO Energy as a Project Engineer and served as Director of Customer Service and Business Process Reengineering since 1992, Director of Transmission and Substations, Director of Engineering and System Planning and served as its Vice President of Gas and Electric Operations since 1999. After PECO merged with Commonwealth Edison in 2000, he served as a Vice President of Merger Implementation and Operations Strategy. He served as a Vice President of Distribution Operations of Commonwealth Edison and Vice President and Chief Integration Officer for a restructuring of PECO and Commonwealth Edison in 2003. He served as a Director of PPL Electric Utilities Corporation since April 2007. Mr. DeCampli earned a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a masters in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
