Mr. Michael H. McGarry has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at PPG Industries, Inc. since September 1, 2015 and since September 1, 2016 respectively and served as its President since March 1, 2015 until August 2016. Mr. McGarry served as Chief Operating Officer of PPG Industries Inc. from August 1, 2014 to September 1, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Commodity Chemicals at PPG Industries Inc., from July 1, 2008 to September 1, 2012 and was responsible for its Commodity Chemicals reporting segment and chlor-alkali and Derivatives Business Unit. He served as the Managing Director of PPG Europe and Vice President of Coatings Europe of PPG from July 1, 2006 to June 2008. Mr. McGarry served as Vice President of Chlor-alkali and Derivatives of PPG Industries Inc. from March 1, 2004 to July 1, 2006 and served as its General Manager of Fine Chemicals since 2000. He joined PPG in 1981 as an Engineer at Chemicals Complex of PPG Industries Inc. Mr. McGarry served through a series of management assignments of increasing responsibility, including Market Development Manager of Silica Products, Operations Manager of Silicas, Thailand, Business Manager of Teslin Sheet and Product Manager in the Derivatives, Chlorine, Liquid and Dry Caustic Soda Businesses. He serves as the Director of Eagle Spinco Inc. He has been a Director of PPG Industries Inc. since July 16, 2015. He has been Director at Axiall Corporation (formerly known as Georgia Gulf Corporation) since January 31, 2013. Mr. McGarry holds a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Texas.

Mr. Timothy M. Knavish, also known as Tim, has been Senior Vice President of Industrial Coatings at PPG Industries, Inc. since October 6, 2017. Mr. Knavish served as Senior Vice President of Automotive OEM at PPG Industries, Inc. since March 1, 2016. Mr. Knavish served as Vice President of Protective and Marine Coatings of PPG Industries, Inc. until March 1, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Automotive Coatings - Americas since March 1, 2010 until March 1, 2016. Mr. Knavish joined PPG in 1987, in flat glass engineering at PPG Industries's corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh. In 1993, he became Process Engineer at PPG's Meadville, Pa., flat glass manufacturing facility and he was promoted to Supervisor, Technical Services, there in 1995. In 1996, Mr. Knavish returned to Pittsburgh as Manager, Operations Planning and Scheduling, Automotive Glass. He was named Superintendent, Production, for PPG's Evart, Mich., automotive glass manufacturing facility in 1997. Mr. Knavish earned both a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Glenn E. Bost II, has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of PPG Industries Inc. since July 1, 2010. Previously, Mr. Bost served as Vice President and an Associate General Counsel of Ppg Industries Inc., since July 1, 2006. Mr. Bost joined PPG's legal department in Pittsburgh in 1985 and progressed through a series of international and corporate legal assignments before being appointed to his current position of Associate General Counsel of operations in 2005. He was promoted in 1991 to senior counsel, environment, health and safety and in 1995 to general counsel, PPG Europe, for which he relocated to Paris. Mr. Bost returned to Pittsburgh in 1997 as corporate counsel, transactions. In 2000, he was named assistant general counsel, operations, with initial responsibility for PPG's commercial, labor and employment and European attorneys and responsibility added later for its litigation; environment, health and safety; and intellectual property attorneys. Mr. Bost was an attorney with Thorp, Reed & Armstrong in Pittsburgh. He earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University, a law degree from The Ohio State University, where he made Law Review and a certificate in international law from the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law, Columbia University.

Mr. Jean-Marie Greindl has been the President of Europe, Middle East & Africa at PPG Industries Inc. since February 21, 2013 and has been its Senior Vice President of Global Architectural Coatings since March 1, 2016. Mr. Greindl served as Vice President of automotive OEM coatings for EMEA until March 1, 2016. Mr. Greindl served as President of the Management Board, General Director and Member of the Management Board at PPG Polifarb Cieszyn S.A. He served as a General Manager of Deco France - Business unit and Member of the Management Board at PPG Holding Netherlands B.V (Sigmakalon Group Bv). He served as President of the Management Board and General Director of Polifarb Cieszynwroclaw SA.

Mr. Henrik Bergstrom has been Vice President of Architectural Coatings for Latin America and President of PPG Comex at PPG Industries, Inc. since July 01, 2017 and July 11, 2017 respectively. Mr. Bergstrom served as chief commercial officer of PPG Comex at PPG Industries, Inc. until July 01, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President at AB Electrolux (publ) since August 2010 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President of Electrolux Small Appliances and also Head of Small Appliances. Mr. Bergstrom served as a Head of Floor Care & Small Appliances at Electrolux AB. He served as senior vice president of business development with AB Electrolux. Mr. Bergstrom served as the vice president of the Andean region, president of Latin America and Caribbean operations and global vice president for air care products at Electrolux. He served as the Head of Asia sourcing operations of Electrolux AB. He has been with Electrolux since 1997 in various positions including managing director of Electrolux operations in ANDEAN, Mexico, Central America and Caribbean. Mr. Bergstrom holds a Masters Degree in Economics and Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Mr. Michael Horton serves as the President of PPG Asia/Pacific and Vice President of Protective & Marine Coatings Asia/Pacific at PPG Industries Inc. and served as its served as Vice President of Asia/Pacific Coatings and General Manager of Refinish Architectural and PMC Asia/Pacific.

Ms. Peg Curry serves as an Administrative Secretary and Head of Corporate Business Communications division of Ppg Industries, Inc.

Mr. Ramaparasad Vadlamannati, also known as Ram, has been Senior Vice President of Protective & Marine Coatings at PPG Industries, Inc. since March 1, 2016. Mr. Vadlamannati served as Senior Vice President of Protective and Marine Coatings and Corporate Development at PPG Industries Inc. since March 1, 2016.
