Mr. Cary Dickson has been the Chief Financial Officer of A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. since November 9, 2015 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Dickson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously held various finance position at Mattel Brands (NASDAQ:MAT), a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of toys and family products, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Mattel Foundation. He holds a B.S. in marketing from Southern Illinois University and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Brian Aquilino serves as a Vice President of Operations for A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. Brian Aquilino has over 20 years of operations experience and has worked for other publicly traded companies like AT&T and Covad Communications. Brian Aquilino has been with A-Mark dating back to 2001 and has experienced the gold rise from $276 to $1895 an ounce and silver from $4 to over $48 an ounce.

Mr. David W. G. Madge has been the Chief Marketing Officer of A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. since September 7, 2016 and served as its President from September 9, 2011 to September 7, 2016. Mr. Madge served for 17 years with the Royal Canadian Mint as the Head of Marketing for Bullion Products.
