Mr. Michael S. Burnett, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at AV Homes, Inc. since October 14, 2013. Mr. Burnett served as Group Vice President of Treasury & Investor Relations at JDA Software Group Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer for American Traffic Solutions, Inc. Mr. Burnett also served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer and held various financial roles for Allied Waste Industries, Inc. He began his career as a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP, providing audit and business advisory services. Mr. Burnett is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. degree in Accountancy.

Mr. S. Gary Shullaw has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of AV Homes, Inc. since November 24, 2014. From November 2009 through November 2014, Mr. Shullaw worked for ON Semiconductor Corporation, where he served as Senior Corporate Counsel. From 2008 to 2009, he was a corporate and securities associate at DLA Piper and from 2005 to 2008 he was a corporate associate at the law firm of Quarles & Brady, LLP. Mr. Shullaw holds a bachelor's degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Mr. Matthew J. Coleman, also known as Matt, J.D., Esq. is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of TPG Real Estate. Mr. Coleman served as the General Counsel at TPG Growth. Since 2005 until he joined TPG in 2012, Mr. Coleman was the General Counsel of the real estate private equity group at D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Coleman was an attorney in the New York City office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and securities. He served as an Editor of the Yale Law Journal and as the Editor-In-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation. He has been a Director of AV Homes, Inc. since January 31, 2017. He has been Vice President/ Vice President of Transactions of TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. since February 2016. Mr. Coleman serves on the Boards of Directors of TPG Real Estate Finance Trust and Bluegrass Senior Living. He serves on the Board of Microgame. His previous board service includes Dorado Beach Ventures, Westland Holdings and Argent Management. He earned a J.D. from Yale Law School. Mr. Coleman graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. degree in Economics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Bill Kiselick has been Carolinas Division President at AV Homes, Inc. since October 7, 2013. Mr. Kiselick served as President at Mattamy Homes U.S. Group. He has spent over 25 years in the North Carolina real estate market. He worked for MI Homes of Charlotte, Hills Communities of Charlotte and Fortis Homes where he oversaw divisions for each company. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the North Carolina Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Charlotte, for which he served as President since 2010. Mr. Kiselick holds a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in administration/management services from Carnegie Mellon.
