Mr. William C. Kennally, III, also known as Bill, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Aceto Corporation since October 2, 2017. Mr. Kennally served as Regional President North America, Global Established Products for Pfizer since 2010 until 2015. Mr. Kennally has deep, multi-faceted experience in pharmaceutical sales, general management and business leadership gained over a 37-year distinguished career. He started his career in pharmaceutical sales in 1979 with The Upjohn Company which was later acquired by Pharmacia. During his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility within Pfizer and Pharmacia including President, Greenstone, LLC, a generic and authorized generic pharmaceuticals supplier which became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pfizer, Inc. He has been a Director of Aceto Corp. since September 6, 2016. Mr. Kennally graduated from St. Anselm College with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.

Mr. Douglas Roth has been the Chief Financial Officer of Aceto Corp. since May 2001 and serves as its Assistant Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Roth has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Aceto Corp. since March 2010. He served as Vice President of Aceto Corp. since May 2001. He served as Secretary of Aceto Corp. Prior to Aceto, Mr. Roth served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CitySprint 1-800 Deliver from September 1998 to April 2001. Mr. Roth holds a bachelor degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.

Mr. Frank DeBenedittis has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Aceto Corp. since August 2011 and has been its International Senior Vice President of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients since February 2011. Mr. DeBenedittis served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Global Pharmaceutical Strategy at Aceto Corp. since January 1, 2009. Mr. DeBenedittis served as Senior Vice President of Aceto Corp., from 2001 to January 1, 2009. He joined Aceto Corp. in 1979 as a Marketing Assistant. He served as Assistant Product Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Vice President and Group Vice President of Aceto Corp. He holds BA in Chemistry from Stony Brook University.

Mr. Walter J. Kaczmarek III, also known as Walt, has been Chief Operating Officer of Aceto Corp. since August 01, 2016. Mr. Kaczmarek serves as Vice President of National Accounts of E. Fougera & Company, Inc. Mr. Kaczmarek served as Senior Director of National Accounts of E. Fougera & Company, Inc. Mr. Kaczmarek possesses more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning the entire value chain from development to manufacturing to sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as President, Multisource Pharmaceutical Division of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Prior to serving at Mallinckrodt, he held various positions of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President at Fougera Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Vice President, National Accounts, at Nycomed US Inc., and Vice President of National Accounts at McKesson Corporation. Mr. Kaczmarek has served on the Advisory Boards of AmeriSource Bergen and McKesson Corporation. Mr. Kaczmarek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University.

Mr. Raymond Bartone, also known as Ray, has been Senior Vice President of Nutritionals at Aceto Corp., since July 2012. Mr. Bartone served as International Vice President of Nutritional at Aceto Corp. since July 2005 until July 2012. He joined Aceto Corp. in 1991 as a sales representative and held various positions. He has a B.A. in Chemistry from Manhattanville College and an M.S. in ChemicalEngineering from Manhattan College.

Mr. Keith Wilkinson has been Senior Vice President of Performance Chemicals at Aceto Corporation since April 11, 2017 and its Senior Vice President of Specialty Chemicals since March 2017. Mr. Wilkinson joined at Aceto Corporation in 1990 as a sales representative and has held various positions of increasing responsibility within it including Assistant Product Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Vice President and Vice President. Mr. Wilkinson holds a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Steven Rogers has been the Chief Legal Officer at Aceto Corp. since April, 2016. Mr. Rogers has been Senior Vice President of Aceto Corp. since October 2011. He has been the Secretary of Aceto Corp. since January, 2011. Mr. Rogers oversees all legal and regulatory matters and provides legal counsel to the Company's senior management and the Board. He served as the General Counsel at Aceto Corp. since January, 2011 until April, 2016. He served as the General Counsel of Rising. From 1986 to 1994, Mr. Rogers served as the corporate litigator at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. From 1994 to 1997, he served as the Associate General Counsel/First Vice-President of PaineWebber, Inc. From 1997 to 2009, he served as General Counsel of LibertyView Capital Management. Mr. Rogers earned his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 1986 and a B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1983.

Mr. Nicholas I. Shackley served as Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Ingredients at Aceto Corp. since July 2012 until December 13, 2017 and served as its International Senior Vice President of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients since August 2011 until July 2012. Mr. Shackley joined Aceto in August 2011. Prior to joining Aceto, Mr. Shackley had a 25 year professional career starting in England with the former British company ICI Specialties. In 2004 he joined Cambrex where he took leadership positions in Sales, Marketing & Business Development in both Pharma and Biopharma capacities. In 2008, Mr. Shackley joined BASF and had P&L responsibility for their Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Service Business Unit as their Vice President-North America. Mr. Shackley holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Imperial College of London.

Mr. Terry Kippley has been the Senior Vice President of Agricultural Protection Products at Aceto Corp. since July 2012. Mr. Kippley was with Aceto since January 2011 and previously served as its Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Kippley holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Loyola University-Chicago.

Mr. Gary Mo has been Head of Asian sourcing operations of Aceto Corp. since April 2010. Mr. Mo joined Aceto in 1996 when he was hired to establish Aceto's office and sourcing operations in China. Prior to that, Mr. Mo was the sales manager with Matutina Limited, a Toronto-based chemical distributor, for six years and held various positions at Sinochem in Shanghai and Hong Kong for the 14 years prior to that.
