While the students are great, the pay is extremely low for the tutors.
As compensation, 45-50% percent is fair. The current 37% compensation, including the expense of travelling, is unfair.
I feel having found a mentor it has changed my overall experience of learning a new position. The people I have met are pleasant but i do not know my team members very well
