What does the leadership team need to get better at?
talk to the field employees observe large turnover rates
Learning how to treat a large factory workforce like they are worth something, and remembering that it was the factory that made them the company they are today.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Benefits are probably on par with companies of similar size and nature. All other benefits are excellent!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
performance reviews should happen when they promise
I haven't had a raise in over 2 years. we are told we are already overpaid, but management never compared our jobs to actual similar area jobs.

I enjoy new challenges and having to engage with co-workers and customers!

management is out of touch with field workers
The hourly workforce needs to be treated fairly and receive regular pay raises.
