From the beginning, you are taught that if you ever need help, reach out and ask. I took full advantage of that soaking in knowledge from everyone I could. I am now in the process of applying for promotions and the encouragement I receive is amazing!
Since starting 4 years ago, my experience with my company has been very positive. Its great to walk into a place with women and they smile and greet you. Everyone has a positive outlook.

Great at first, then it went downhill as it was made apparent that I was not in with the rest of them. Supervisors upset with my performance, but overlooks it when others do the same things as I.
I've been very pleased with my time so far with Pharmacord. Really the only thing I would like to see be better is the balance of PTO and sick days. While its nice to have sick days covered under PTO, those with health issues may never get vacation days, and have it held against them.
