Yes. You certainly can have social life but this is consulting so certain times of a project could demand more heads down so no going out but when at different stage of lifecycle of project you have more time. The company also does a company event every quarter after all hands for each region. Plus 2 large Corp events a year where remote employees are able to fly and party with team.
