I work with really brilliant, GOOD humans and I love that we get to do impactful work together. Feels good to be making a difference in the world.
Working at Ad Hoc has been great. There have been lots of opportunities to grow, the remote flexibility is great, and I was able to take generous paternity leave when my daughter was born. Their mission and work are really important, and I like all of my coworkers.
I am appreciative of the amazing team members. The dedication on doing work that matters and the flexibility of remote work all keep me energized.
If you land with a good team, the company is great! If not, it's a difficult experience. Many "growing pains" that linger on and do not get addressed as the company continues to grow. Communication from leadership is confusing and opaque. Fantastic people and co-workers and meaningful work.
