They care a lot, they're deeply experienced in their fields, and they listen. Not only do they listen, but they act on what they hear. It's really cool.
The leadership team is smart, supportive, and invested in changing how the government uses technology. I've seen them deal with difficult situations well and work to improve how the company runs.
