Mr. David B. Hurst serves as Secretary of Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., is a partner in the law firm of Chaffin & Hurst. Mr. Hurst has been represented by Chaffin & Hurst since 1974.

Ms. Sharon C. Davis has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. since May 28, 2009 and has been its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President since March 2015. Ms. Davis served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. from August 31, 2016 to December 15, 2016. Ms. Davis served as Treasurer of Adams Resources & Energy Inc. since May 28, 2009 Ms. Davis's new duties include the oversight of Accounting and Information Technology, as well as Additional Finance and Administrative responsibilities. She joined Arthur Andersen and Co. and was hired by Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. as Controller of its Gulfmark Energy, Inc. subsidiary. Ms. Davis served as the public company's Corporate Compliance Officer with emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Davis received her B.B.A. degree (cum laude) in Accounting from the University of Houston in 1989.

Mr. Geoffrey L. Griffith, also known as Geoff, has been President of GulfMark Energy Company at Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. since joining in 2004. Mr. Griffith serves as the President of Gulfmark Energy, Inc. Mr. Griffith began his career in lease oil acquisition. His experience purchasing domestic oil in the field from independent oil and gas operators ultimately led him to trading and marketing light sweet crude supplies for Scurlock Oil/Ashland Oil's refining network and then trading for EOTT Energy. He also served as a Domestic Crude Oil Broker, where he was involved in executing third party OTC trades with computer price simulation that he developed to replicate key pricing models and that separately displayed active bids and offers. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at TruMarx Data Partners, Inc. Mr. Griffith holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration from Colorado College.

Mr. Townes G. Pressler has been Owner and President of Tepee Petroleum Company, Inc., an exploration and production company and Pressler Petroleum Consultants, a reservoir engineering consulting firm, since 1985. Mr. Pressler has been Executive Chairman of Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. since September 7, 2017. He founded Pressler Petroleum Consultants in 1985 and serves as its Chairman. From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Pressler served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Philip Hill Energy, Inc., PHE (Texas) Inc. and PHE (Ohio) Inc., three exploration and production companies owned by Philip Hill Investment Trust, London. He was a Co-Founder of Republic Oil and Gas Corp., and served as its President from 1979 to 1983. He has 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He worked for Mission Resources Corp. He worked for Humble Oil and Refining before joining Barnhart Co. in Houston. He worked for Montgomery Exploration Co., and Shawnee Oil and Gas Corp., before starting Pressler Petroleum Consultants, in 1985. He serves as Vice Chairman of Texas Alliance of Energy Producers and has been its Director since October 2011. He served as Vice Chairman of Adams Resources & Energy Inc. from March 2015 to September 7, 2017. He serves as Director of Alta Resources, L.L.C. and Bellwether. He has been a Director of Tepee Petroleum Company, Inc., since November 21, 1997. He has been a Director of Adams Resources & Energy Inc. since November 1, 2011. He served as a Director of Republic Oil and Gas Corp., from 1979 to 1983. From 1983 to 1985, he served as a Director of Philip Hill Energy Inc. Mr. Pressler is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1959.
