How does Aginity handle HR issues?

Aginity is proactive with it's people management. Our Executive and Leadership teams are trained quarterly on how to create the best work environment for our employees. When an issue does arise HR steps in to ensure that communication is clear, resolution goals are defined, and the employee feels supported throughout the process. We are hard working and imperfect people- we look at every situation as a chance to grow professionally and personally.
