  • Our product teams tend to start off their day very early to coordinate with our overseas teams. We keep normal business hours in the office- but we work till the job is done. We find the time to deliver our projects, service our clients, work out, and coach little league. We don't offer flex schedules in terms of 4 day weeks, and we don't manage by the clock. Any day of the week between the hours of 5am-7pm you will find people in the office. Work with you manager, your client, and your team members to ensure we meet deliverables- the hours come second to that. For a new employee I in Evanston I would expect to be in the office 5 days a week between 9:00 - 6:00 or 8:30-5:30.

  • Aginity is proactive with it's people management. Our Executive and Leadership teams are trained quarterly on how to create the best work environment for our employees. When an issue does arise HR steps in to ensure that communication is clear, resolution goals are defined, and the employee feels supported throughout the process. We are hard working and imperfect people- we look at every situation as a chance to grow professionally and personally.

  • The key to long term success is innovation so here at Aginity we are constantly looking ahead. We are a brand new category of software - innovation in action. Every member of the team is encouraged to share market trends and data, and to recommend best in class advancements for our product lines. Expect to have our CEO and CTO ask for your opinion - they want the front line opinion heard and they respond to the feedback with diligence. We can't create everything that we want in the moment- but we plan for the long term advancements. We are three versions in on our flagship offering- and preparing to launch a new B2C product this year. None of that would have been possible without innovation.
