Every member of the team is encouraged to share market trends and data, and to recommend best in class advancements for our product lines. Expect to have our CEO and CTO ask for your opinion - they want the front line opinion heard and they respond to the feedback with diligence. We can't create everything that we want in the moment- but we plan for the long term advancements. We are three versions in on our flagship offering- and preparing to launch a new B2C product this year. None of that would have been possible without innovation.
