Mr. Joel N. Agree, also known as Joey, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Agree Realty Corporation. He has been the Chief Executive Officer since January 8, 2013 and the firm's President since June 2009. Mr. Agree joined the firm in March 2005. He has been a Director of Agree Realty Corporation since June 2009. He is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Young Presidents??? Mr. Agree graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science as well as the Wayne State University Law School where he was named a Dean's scholar.

Mr. Laith M. Hermiz, JD, has been the Chief Operating Officer at Agree Realty Corporation since November 12, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President since April 2010. Mr. Hermiz is responsible for implementation and direction of development and redevelopment activities, dispositions and long-term asset management strategies. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the State of Michigan. Mr. Hermiz is also an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University - Chicago and a Juris Doctorate Degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Mr. Clayton Thelen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Agree Realty Corporation since December 4, 2017. Mr. Thelen serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AJ Capital Partners. He joined AJ Capital Partners in April 2017. Prior to joining AJ Capital Partners, he served as the Vice President of Capital Markets, Acquisitions and Treasurer at Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc. until its sale in 2015. He began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Thelen is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Richard A. Agree served as the Chief Executive Officer of Agree Realty Corporation since December 1993 until January 7, 2013 and its President from December 1993 to June 2009. Prior thereto, Mr. Agree worked as Managing Partner of the general partnerships which held the properties of Agree Realty Corporation. Prior to the formation of Agree Realty Corp. and the initial public offering, served as President of the predecessor company since 1971. Mr. Agree has managed and overseen the development of over 5,000,000 square feet of anchored shopping center space during the past 31 years. He has been the Executive Chairman of Agree Realty Corporation since December 1993. He is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Graduate of the Detroit College of Law.

Mr. Daniel Ravid, also known as Dan, CPA, has been Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer at Agree Realty Corp. since November 12, 2015. Mr. Ravid oversees the accounting, treasury, and human resources activities at Agree Realty. Mr. Ravid has been with Agree Realty on a consulting basis over the course of two years. Mr. Ravid served as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Finance at Atlas Oil Company. Mr. Ravid served as Managing Director of Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Ravid has 26 years of experience in business management, strategy, accounting, finance, and compliance and held various executive management roles in high-growth middle market companies. Mr. Ravid specialized in complex financial and economic analysis of companies, including troubled and underperforming entities. He has formulated creative solutions to business challenges in distressed and changing environments through the use of quantitative analysis, financial modeling techniques and due diligence. Mr. Ravid has extensive experience in financial and economic assessment; financial forecasting; scenario analysis; cash management; liquidity improvement; debt capacity analysis and enhancement; debt restructuring; financial and transactional due diligence; profit enhancement activities and analysis of bankruptcy plans of reorganization and exit financing requirements. He also participated in the negotiations of complex commercial agreements, purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements and forbearance agreements. He served as Director of Southfield, Michigan at BBK, Ltd. since January 2007. He served as an Advisor to multinational automotive manufacturing companies in their dealings with distressed Tier I and Tier II suppliers. He worked with financially distressed entities, he performed buy-side and sell-side transactional due diligence services at BBK in a fast-paced merger and acquisition (M&A) deal environment. Prior to that, Mr. Ravid worked in the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he performed financial due diligence and other M&A-related advisory services for private equity buyout funds and strategic corporate buyers. At PwC, he worked on complex transactions, sophisticated accounting matters and a diverse variety of business models. Mr. Ravid served as Vice President and General Manager of RRI. Mr. Ravid played an integral role in the financing, launching and long-term branding of several national product lines that grew to become common household names. Mr. Ravid was also a co-owner of two companies that manufactured brands of consumer products sold on a national basis. He is a certified public accountant in Michigan and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, Turnaround Management Association and American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Ravid holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
