Ms. Katherine Carolyn Harper, also known as Kathy, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. since October 3, 2016. Ms. Harper served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Tronox Limited since September 16, 2013 until September 30, 2016. While at Tronox, Ms. Harper led various financial initiatives to improve cash generation, loan terms and capital allocation, in addition to managing the financing of a major acquisition for the company. Ms. Harper served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hydrogen Energy International Limited since joining in November 2008. She served as Vice President and Group Controller with Rio Tinto Minerals, based in Denver, Colorado, where she led the international finance team spanning the Americas, Europe and Australasia. She served as the chief financial and business development officer of Rio Tinto's diamonds and minerals group. She held finance and business transformation roles in Rio's mining and alternative energy units. She has a wealth of experience gained in a variety of senior financial positions, both in Rio Tinto Group and other multinational organisations. She has experience in the chemical engineering and titanium dioxide (TiO(2) ) sectors. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, she served as a Director Global Finance of Gulbrandsen Group Companies. She worked for General Chemical in the Sulfur Products, Fine Chemicals and Water Treatment businesses, holding the positions of Business Controller, Manager of Corporate Finance, Plant Controller and Financial Analyst. In addition, she worked for Security Bureau and Westinghouse in Operations Control, Planning, Financial, Cost and Accounting Analysis positions. She began her career as a financial analyst within the power systems group of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. She served as a Director of Tronox Sands Investment Funding Ltd since February 18, 2014 until September 30, 2016. She serves as a Director of Tronox Australia Pigments Holdings Pty Limited. She served as a Director of Hydrogen Energy International Limited. Ms. Harper holds an MBA and BS (Hons) degree in Industrial Administration, both from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Mr. Scott Harker has been Head of North America, Australia and New Zealand of AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. since July 31, 2015.

Mr. Thomas Ermi, also known as Tom, has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. since July 31, 2015. Prior to joining AgroFresh, Mr. Ermi was a Managing Attorney in the TDCC Legal Department, where he served as the Commercial Legal Director and Member of the Management Team for TDCC's global Electronic Materials Business as well as M&A counsel supporting multiple TDCC businesses since 2009. Prior to joining TDCC, he served as the Commercial Legal Director and member of the Management Team for the Electronic Materials, Powder Coatings and Automotive Coatings businesses of R&H, which he joined in 2000. In the 15 years, he has been with TDCC and R&H, he has been a Lead Counsel in numerous M&A transactions in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He began his legal career in 1992 as an Associate at Duane Morris & Heckscher in Philadelphia, where he worked first as a commercial litigator and then as a commercial lawyer. He served as an Auditor for Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia, which he joined in 1986. Mr. Ermi holds a degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania.

Graham Miao serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of AgroFresh. Graham started at AgroFresh in August of 2018. Graham currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Ann Beaulieu serves as the Vice President R&D and Regulatory of AgroFresh. Ann started at AgroFresh in February of 2019. Ann currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Edgardo Castaneda serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations | Supply Chain Management | Focused on Execution of AgroFresh. Edgardo started at AgroFresh in August of 2015. Edgardo currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
