The hourly employees work hard
Not allowing the people making the hiring to coach and favour their friends
Managing the way they say they do too there superiors. My manager talks a good game but doesn't do anything he says he will
Managers listening to the people doing the work instead of acting like they know everything and don't listen. My manager is good at ignoring his workers
I don't get one as an hourly employee and based on the compensation managers and executives are getting maybe the hourly employees should be getting a compensation package
