Good people, and team work
There's a lot of support for employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing the way they say they do too there superiors. My manager talks a good game but doesn't do anything he says he will
leading the team at work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is great among 401k and many other benefits
Covers everything you need covered
I don't get one as an hourly employee and based on the compensation managers and executives are getting maybe the hourly employees should be getting a compensation package
I get $15 an hour
Awesome starting pay. With excellent PTO off. Especially if you have been their a long time!

Teamwork some good people to work with
We work together to inspire others
The hourly employees work hard
We work together and know what is going on all the time, understand one another easily and can help one another out without hesitations

Some nice people to work with
We have employee appreciation days

We have managers who. Come down on the production floor and tell you. How your job effects everyone around you. Positive reinforcement
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers listening to the people doing the work instead of acting like they know everything and don't listen. My manager is good at ignoring his workers
