They get to know every employee.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Lack of authority, people get away with doing nothing all day, but oh if you are sweating working hard they come at you if you slack for a moment to catch a breath, if someone has an issue with you and go to higher ups they don't even consider your half of the story and treat you like a number.
