Mr. John L. Plueger is Chief Executive Officer, President, and Member of the Board of Directors of Air Lease Corporation (???Air Lease???). Mr. Plueger has 31 years of aviation industry and aircraft leasing experience, 24 of which were with International Lease Finance Corporation, where he served on its Board of Directors as President and Chief Operating Officer and then Acting Chief Executive Officer prior to joining Air Lease in March 2010. His professional experience includes testifying before the U.S. House of Representatives as an aircraft leasing expert as well as answering European Commission formal inquiries concerning aerospace industry related mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Plueger is an active jet pilot, holding a U.S. FAA Airline Transport Pilot license, with multiple jet type ratings and instructor ratings. Mr. Plueger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and is a Certified Director from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management Corporate Director Certification Program. Mr. Plueger is a Certified Public Accountant, having received his training from Price Waterhouse early in his career. Mr. Plueger also serves on the Board of Directors of Spirit AeroSystems. Mr. Plueger's non-profit Board memberships include Pepperdine University and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

Mr. Grant A. Levy serves as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Affairs at Air Lease Corporation. Mr. Levy served as an Executive Vice President of Air Lease Corporation since April 2010. Mr. Levy served as Secretary and General Counsel at Air Lease Corporation from April 2010 to September 17, 2012. Mr. Levy has more than 18 years of aviation industry experience, of which were with AIR LEASE and at ILFC in various positions in the Legal and Marketing Departments. Mr. Levy served as ILFC's Senior Vice President in the Marketing Department from 2002 to April 2010. While in the Marketing Department at ILFC, Mr. Levy led its sales team, handled its lease relationships with over 30 airlines in Europe, North America and New Zealand and arranged for ILFC to provide residual value guaranties. Prior to joining the Marketing Department, Mr. Levy was a senior member of ILFC's Legal Department where he led the negotiation of lease, sales, residual value guaranty, fleet management and other transactions. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College and his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Boston College Law School.

Mr. Gregory B. Willis, II, also known as Greg, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Air Lease Corporation since March 08, 2012 and has been its Executive Vice President since July 01, 2016. Mr. Willis served as Senior Vice President of Air Lease Corporation from March 08, 2012 to June 2016. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Air Lease Corporation from March 2010 to March 08, 2012. He has more than three years of aviation industry experience. Mr. Willis spent two years at ILFC as the Director of Accounting Policy. Prior to ILFC, he served as Vice President of Alternative Investments at Mellon Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for administering the accounting and tax functions for private equity and distressed debt funds. Mr. Willis began his career as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he spent more than five years in various audit-related roles in their financial services practice, including as an audit manager. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Willis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California at Davis.

Mr. Marc H. Baer has been Executive Vice President of Marketing at Air Lease Corporation since December 2017. Mr. Baer has more than 19 years of airline industry experience, 12 of which were with International Lease Finance Corporation in the Legal and Marketing Departments, most recently as a Senior Vice President. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.

Mr. Steven F. Udvar-Hazy, also known as Steve, is the Founder of Air Lease Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer since February 2010 until June 2016. Mr. Udvar-Hazy founded International Lease Finance Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group Inc. He has more than 40years of aviation industry experience, the last 37 of which were with International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC). In 1973, he co-founded the aircraft leasing business that became ILFC. He led ILFC from its inception in1973, through its initial public offering in 1983 and subsequent sale to American International Group, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of International Lease Finance Corp. from 2002 to February 3, 2010. Mr. Udvar-Hazy serves as the President of Ocean Equities, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ILFC from 1973 to 2001. He has been engaged in aircraft leasing and finance for more than 35 years. He has been an Executive Chairman of Air Lease Corporation since July 01, 2016 and served as its Chairman since February 2010 until June 2016. He served as the Chairman of the Board of International Lease Finance Corp. since 2002. He has been a Director at Air Lease Corporation since February 2010. Mr. Udvar-Hazy has been an Independent Director of SkyWest, Inc. since 1986 and serves as its Lead Independent Director. He served as a Director of International Lease Finance Corp. from 1973 to February 3, 2010. He has been a Director of SkyWest Airlines, Inc. since 1986. He serves as Director of Emerald Financial LLC, Ocean Equities, Inc. and Air Intercontinental, Inc. Mr. Jie Chen has been an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Asia at Air Lease Corporation since August 2010. Mr. Chen has a long and distinguished career in the commercial airline leasing field. Mr. Chen has more than 19 years of aviation industry experience, the last 18 of which were with ILFC in various positions in the Sales and Marketing Department. Mr. Chen joined ILFC in 1992 as a Director of Marketing, Asia and also served as its Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Asia from 2002 to July 2010. While in the Sales and Marketing Department at ILFC, Mr. Chen oversaw the expansion of its leasing business in Asia from 5% to 30% of its total worldwide revenue. Mr. Chen was also responsible for developing new leasing markets in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan and Macau. Mr. Chen served as a Project Manager in the Leasing Division at China International Trust & Investment Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Renmin University of China and a Master Degree of Science in management from the State University of New York.

Mr. Alex A. Khatibi has been Executive Vice President of Air Lease Corporation since December 2017. Mr. Khatibi served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing & Commercial Affairs at Air Lease Corporation since April 2010. Mr. Khatibi has more than 28 years of aviation industry experience , the last 14 of which were with ILFC. Mr. Khatibi served as Managing Director of ILFC's Middle East business and managed a portfolio of global lessees including the Middle East, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Brazil, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom and Russia/CIS. Within these regions, Mr. Khatibi was responsible for developing and evaluating emerging markets, leading lease negotiations and planning and executing aircraft placement strategies. Mr. Khatibi began his employment in ILFC's Technical Department in September 1995 and was responsible for the technical aspects of operating/finance lease agreements. Prior to joining ILFC, Mr. Khatibi held Engineering and Technical management positions at Continental Airlines. Mr. Khatibi is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and completed Technical Management studies. Mr. Khatibi also holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license, certified to approve aircraft airworthiness and return to service.

Mr. Korde has been Executive Vice President of Air Lease Corporation. Mr. Korde served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Affairs at Air Lease Corporation until December 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Air Lease Corporation since 2010 until May 2015. He has several years of aviation industry experience to Air Lease Corporation. Mr. Korde also served as Managing Director for ILFC's India business. He manages all of Air Lease Corporation's South Asian lessees, Mr. Korde manages lease relationships with several other international airlines across the globe, including flag carriers and leading airlines in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Africa, Israel and the Caribbean. Mr. Korde's responsibilities include creating aircraft placement strategies and assisting Air Lease Corporation's lessees in their fleet planning. Mr. Korde is fluent in three languages and has basic skills in two more. He holds Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Laws and Masters in Business degrees, all from the University of Mumbai, India, a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Carol H. Forsyte has been an Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Air Lease Corporation since September 17, 2012. Ms. Forsyte served as a Secretary of Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. She served as Corporate Vice President of Law, Corporate and Securities Law Department of Motorola Solutions, Inc. (also known as Motorola Inc). Previously, Ms. Forsyte served as Board Secretary, Chief Governance and SEC Counsel of Motorola Mobility Inc. Prior to the spin-off of Motorola Mobility from Motorola Inc., Ms. Forsyte spent 15 years at Motorola in various senior legal positions. Ms. Forsyte received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctorate from University of California's Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. John D. Poerschke has been an Executive Vice President of Aircraft Procurement and Specification at Air Lease Corporation since February 2017. Mr. Poerschke served as Senior Vice President of Aircraft Specifications and Procurement at Air Lease Corporation since March 2010 until February 2017. Mr. Poerschke has more than 25 years of aviation industry experience to us, the last 15 years of which were at ILFC. While at ILFC, Mr. Poerschke managed both the development of the technical aircraft configurations and procurement of the buyer furnished equipment for many of ILFC's Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Mr. Poerschke has an extensive network of aviation supplier relationships. Prior to joining ILFC, Mr. Poerschke held jobs of increasing management responsibility in the engineering, fleet planning and procurement departments of Continental Airlines, Inc., U.S Airways Group Inc. and Boeing. Mr. Poerschke received a Bachelor of Science degree from USC. He is a FAA-rated pilot.
