Mr. Quint O. Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) since February 2008. Mr. Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer of Abx Air Inc., a subsidiary of ATSG since December 2004 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as a the Vice President of Administration of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (formerly ABX Air Inc.) since February 2002. Previously, he served as principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of ABX Air Inc. Mr. Turner was Corporate Director of Financial Planning and Accounting from 1997 to 2002. Prior to 1997, Mr. Turner held positions of Manager of Planning and Director of Financial Planning. He worked as an auditor and practicing CPA for Touche Ross & Co. for several years prior to joining ABX in 1988 as a Staff Auditor. In the years following, his duties within ABX Air Inc. expanded to include Manager of Planning, Director of Financial Planning and Corporate Director of Financial Planning and Accounting. He has served as the Vice President, Administration and Principal Accounting Officer since February 2002 and has been the Acting Chief Financial Officer since July 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 from Miami University in Ohio.

Mr. W. Joseph Payne, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Legal Officer of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (alternative name ABX Holdings, Inc.) since October 13, 2016 and also has been its Corporate Secretary since January 1999. Mr. Payne serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ABX Air Inc., a subsidiary of ABX Holdings Inc., and also served at ABX Air Inc., since January 2004. He served as Senior Vice President and Corporate General Counsel of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (alternative name ABX Holdings, Inc.) since February 2008. He served as Vice President of ABX Holdings Inc., since January 2004 and also served as its General Counsel since January 1999. He served as Corporate Secretary /Counsel of ABX Holdings, Inc., from January 1999 to January 2004 and also served as its Assistant Corporate Secretary from July 1996 to January 1999. Mr. Payne joined ABX in April 1995. He has been a Director of West Atlantic AB (Publ) since 2014. Prior to joining ABX Air, he practiced law in the greater Cincinnati area from 1992 to 1995 and worked as an accountant for Hook-SuperX Drugs from 1987 to 1989, prior to attending law school. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati College of Business Administration, where he majored in accounting.

Mr. Richard F. Corrado, also known as Rich, has been Chief Operating Officer of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. since September 11, 2017. Mr. Corrado has been the President at Cargo Aircraft Management Inc. since April 1, 2010 and President of Airborne Global Solutions Inc. since July 2010. Mr. Corrado is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and execution for the ATSG family of companies, as well as full P&L responsibility for CAM. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. from April 2010 to September 11, 2017. Mr. Corrado joined ATSG from recent roles as Chief Operating Officer of AFMS Logistics Management and President of Transform Consulting Group. He also held key senior marketing leadership positions in the parcel air express industry, serving as Executive Vice President of Air Services for DHL Express and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Airborne Express. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Boston College.

Mr. Gary Stover has been the President of LGSTX Services Inc since July 2010. Mr. Stover served as Vice President of Air Park Services - Wilmington Ohio facilities at ABX Air Inc., a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. since June 2007. Mr. Stover joined ABX Air Inc., as Director of Organizational Development from Wal-Mart.

Mr. James F. O'Grady, also known as Jim, has been the President of Air Transport International, Inc at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. since January 9, 2016. Mr. O'Grady served as Senior Director of System Control of ABX Air, Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer for ATI. He served in management positions in other subsidiaries of ATSG, including Managing Director of Global Flight Support, a subsidiary of Airborne Global Solutions. He joined subsidiary ABX Air in 1983. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is an FAA-licensed Commercial Pilot with Instrument, Single, and Multi-Engine Ratings, and is a licensed Aircraft Dispatcher.

Mr. Brady T. Templeton has been President and General Manager of Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services Inc., a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group, Inc., since May 2009. Mr. Templeton served as Vice President of Ground Operations at Abx Air Inc., a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. from May 2006 to May 2009. Mr. Templeton's responsibilities included overseeing operations at the Wilmington Hub and throughout the regional hub network that ABX Air operates for DHL. Mr. Templeton joined ABX in January of 1992 as a project coordinator. He served as Contract Manager at Powerplant since 1994 and since has held key management positions, including Manager of Maintenance Services-International; Senior Director of Outbase Line Maintenance; and Senior Director, Planning & Technical Services within the Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Department. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed a Masters of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Mr. Terry Lynn Scherz served as Vice President of Maintenance at ABX Air, Inc. Mr. Scherz served as Vice President of Maintenance of Air Transport Services Group, Inc.

Rich Corrado serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Air Transport Services Group, Inc.. Rich started at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. in September of 2017. Rich is currently based in the Cincinnati, Ohio Area.

Russ Smethwick serves as the Vice President Corporate Development of Air Transport Services Group, Inc.. Russ started at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. in March of 2017. Russ is currently based in the Cincinnati, Ohio Area.
