Mr. Michael J. Inglese, also known as Mike, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Aircastle Advisor (International) Limited. Mr. Inglese has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aircastle Limited since June 12, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Aircastle Ltd since April 12, 2007 and January 6, 2017 respectively. He has over 20 years of experience in the public and private capital markets. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Intelsat Corporation since January 2002 and also served its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PanAmSat Holding Corporation from January 2002 to July 2006 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Inglese served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of PanAmSat Holding Corporation from June 2000 to January 2002. He served as Vice President of Finance at PanAmSat Holding Corporation from May 1998 to June 2000. Prior to joining PanAmSat in May 1998, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Hughes Electronics DIRECTV Japan Inc. Prior to 1997, Mr. Inglese served as Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Hughes Electronics. He has been Director of Aircastle Limited since June 9, 2017. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University College of Engineering and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business Management.

Mr. Aaron Dahlke has been the Chief Financial Officer of Aircastle Limited since June 12, 2017. Mr. Dahlke served as Interim Chief Accounting Officer of Aircastle Limited until August 28, 2017. Mr. Dahlke served as Chief Accounting Officer at Aircastle Limited since June 2005 until June 12, 2017. Prior to joining Aircastle, Mr. Dahlke served as Vice President and Controller of Boullioun Aviation Services Inc., since January 2003. Prior to Boullioun, he was at ImageX.com, Inc. and Ernst & Young LLP. He received a B.S. in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino and is a CPA.

Mr. Christopher L. Beers, also known as Chris, has been General Counsel of Aircastle LTD since November 2014. Prior to joining Aircastle, Mr. Beers held senior positions at GE Capital for 14 years, including Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at GE Capital Aviation Services from 2009 to 2014 and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Transportation Finance from 2006 to 2009. He served as Senior Vice President and Counsel of GECAS from 2000 to 2006. Previously, he served as a Senior Associate at the law firm of Milbank Tweed Hadley and McCloy in New York City. Mr. Beers holds a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and a JD from Pace Law School.

Mr. Michael Kriedberg has been the Chief Commercial Officer at Aircastle LTD since April 2013. Mr. Kriedberg serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Aircastle Advisor LLC. He joined Aircastle in late April 2013. He is responsible for directing the Aircastle's investment, lease placement and asset sales activities and is an integral member of the leadership team. He served as Vice President of the Bank Loan Group at GE Commercial Finance at General Electric Company since December 2007. He has been with GE for more than 16 years. He served as Chief Risk Officer of Aviation Financial Services and Executive Vice President & Manager of structured finance of General Electric Co. He was responsible for all global secondary market investments and leading GECAS' lending, asset sales and alternative funding efforts. Mr. Kriedberg obtained his Masters degree in Accounting from Pace University in New York and graduated from Albany State University with a B.S. in Economics in 1983.

Mr. Alexander A. Green, also known as Alex, has been an Executive Vice President of Aircastle LTD. since October 2012 and has been its Associate General Counsel and Secretary since October 2014. Mr. Green served as interim General Counsel at Aircastle Limited until October 2014.

Mr. Guy Bacigalupi has been the Chief Risk Officer at Aircastle Limited since 2012. Mr. Bacigalupi serves as the Chief Risk Officer of Aircastle Advisor LLC. Prior to joining Aircastle in 2012, Mr. Bacigalupi has held roles in Risk Management, Finance and Business Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, GE Consumer Finance and GE Capital Aviation Services in the US and Europe. He has an MBA from Wharton and went to Dartmouth as an undergrad.

Mr. Nigel Harwood has been Executive Vice President of Asia-Pacific Operations at Aircastle Ltd. since November 2012. Mr. Harwood has 25 years of civil aerospace experience, nearly all of it in Asia, with notable business development successes at both Rolls-Royce and Airbus.
