Mr. Charles Myers, also known as Chuck has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Airgain, Inc. since May 2011. Mr. Myers served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Airgain, Inc. Mr. Myers was the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Networkcar. Mr. Myers guides corporate strategy and focuses on obtaining venture capital to support growth. Prior to founding Networkcar, Mr. Myers spent 15 years leading technical and business development teams on technically complex projects in the transportation industry. Mr. Myers has extensive experience in the mobile wireless industry and a proven track record of incubating and growing new businesses. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Awarepoint Corporation. He served as Corporate Vice President for the Information Technology Segment of SAIC. Mr. Myers has been a Director of Airgain, Inc. since May 2011. He serves as the board of FaceDouble and Sawteeth Corporation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance, Engineering and Management of Technology from MIT and a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing engineering from National University in San Diego.

Ms. Alexis C. Waadt has been Director of Investor Relations at Airgain, Inc. since March 23, 2017. Ms. Waadt served as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Wall Street Associates LLC. She has more than 25 years of investment experience specializing in various sectors, including telecom, financial technology and utilities. Ms. Waadt served as Portfolio Manager of Consulting Group Capital Markets Funds - Small-Mid Cap Equity Fund. Ms. Waadt previously served as a Senior Vice President, Vice President and Investment Analyst at Wall Street Associates LLC. Ms. Waadt served as Portfolio Manager of Ivy Funds - Ivy Micro Cap Growth Fund and Ivy Variable Insurance Portfolios - Ivy VIP Micro Cap Growth. Ms. Waadt joined Wall Street Associates LLC in 1997 and specializing in technologies including financial technology and utilities. Prior to this, she worked for four years at Hambrecht and Quist, in the institutional sales group and four years as an analyst at Foresters Equity Services, Inc. Ms. Waadt has vast investment experience, including on the brokerage side, primarily in the institutional arena. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance from San Diego State University and a B.A. degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Jacob Suen serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Airgain, Inc. Mr. Suen served as Vice President of Asia Pacific at Airgain, Inc. since April 2006. Mr. Suen served as Director of Business Development for Asia at Airgain, Inc. He has over 15 years of domestic and international sales, marketing and management experience to Airgain and is responsible for sales and business development activities in the Asia Pacific region at the company. Mr. Suen served numerous management positions as Director of Business Development, OEM/ODM Manager and Regional Network Consultant for Paradyne Corporation, formerly a part of AT&T and a supplier of network equipment worldwide. While at Paradyne, Mr. Suen was responsible for reducing overall cost and improved time to market in various product lines through the ODM/OEM initiative and successfully established its very first subsidiary in China. Mr. Suen has also held various product development and engineering positions at GVN Technologies and Motorola. Mr. Suen received his M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, Masters of Electrical Engineering and Management from the University of South Florida and B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Mr. Leonard Johnson, also known as Leo, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Airgain, Inc. since July 2014 serves as its Secretary. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of executive leadership skills and building various high technology companies. Mr. Johnson worked as the interim Chief Financial Officer at Airgain for nearly two years. Previously, he held several financial positions at Verisign, Inc., including director of finance, a position he held since 2003. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Johnson served as Chief Financial Officer at Planning Technologies, Inc., a professional services company focused on network infrastructure and architecture that was acquired by Red Hat Inc. Mr. Johnson holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Glenn R. Selbo has been Chief Operating Officer of Airgain, Inc since June, 2012. Mr. Selbo served as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development of Airgain, Inc. since October 2006 until June 2012. Mr. Selbo served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Airgain, Inc. since January 2004 until October 2006. He has thirteen years of sales and marketing experience to Portellus, with a proven track record for helping early-stage companies successfully identify, penetrate and manage new markets. Mr. Selbo is responsible for sales and product marketing activities. Mr. Selbo served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Portellus, Inc. Mr. Selbo served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Powerwave Technologies, where he oversaw marketing and product management activities for the maker of cellular base station solutions. Mr. Selbo served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Wireless Facilities, Inc.,where he directed all marketing and strategic planning initiatives for the network services firm during a period of rapid expansion which included the 10th highest IPO debut in NASDAQ history. He served as Vice President of Marketing for VoltDelta, an application service provider in the wireless space. He served as Director of Global Market Development and Executive Director of International Business Development for Unisys Corporation. He worked with AirTouch Communications, where he held several marketing and business development positions within its US and International operations. He began his career with the Federal Reserve as a bank examiner. Mr. Selbo serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Portellus Inc. Mr. Selbo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Southern California.

Bill Swafford serves as the VP of Business Development of Airgain, Inc.. Bill started at Airgain, Inc. in July of 2018. Bill currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.

TJ Chung serves as the Member Board Of Directors of Airgain, Inc.. TJ started at Airgain, Inc. in October of 2018. TJ currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.
