Mr. Stephen S. Trundle, also known as Steve, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Alarm.Com Holdings, Inc. since May 2003. He served as Vice President of Finance of Rainmaker Systems since September 30, 2004. He is employed at Paragon Financial Corp. He served as Vice President of Finance & Operations for the mobile platforms group at Citrix. Mr. Valenzuela served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Thomas Kinkade Company, (formerly, Media Arts Group) from February 2003 to September 2004. Prior to PlanetRx, Mr. Valenzuela served as Chief Financial Officer of LinkExchange, where he negotiated an acquisition by Microsoft. He held financial positions with high-tech companies such as Tandem Computers, Coherent Laser Group, Atari and Intel. He has over 30 years of high-Technology experience in Silicon Valley with strong international experience in Europe and Asia. He served as a Director of Neomagic Corp., from June 2, 2005 to June 24, 2008. He holds an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a BS Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Mr. Daniel Kerzner has been the Chief Product Officer of Alarm.Com Holdings, Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Kerzner also serves as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Emotive Communications Inc., a software company from April 2013 to December 2013. From March 2010 to April 2013, Mr. Kerzner served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mobile at MicroStrategy Incorporated. From July 2009 to February 2010, he served as a Regional Director for PJM Interconnection at EnerNOC, Inc. Mr. Kerzner served as Vice President of Platform and Emerging Technologies at MicroStrategy. He holds a B.A. in Computer Engineering from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.

Ms. Alison Slavin co-founded Alarm.Com Holdings, Inc. in July 2014 and has been its Senior Vice President of Creation Lab since July 2014. Ms. Slavin served as Vice President of Product Management at Alarm.com Inc. She served as Vice President of Product Management at Alarm.Com Holdings, Inc. from 2000 to January 2014. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Harvard University.
