Mr. David P. Scopelliti has been Senior Vice President at Alcentra NY LLC since July 22, 2014. Mr. Scopelliti is responsible for transaction sourcing, deal execution and the monitoring of portfolio companies. He serves as a Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Direct Lending at BNY Mellon-Alcentra Mezzanine Partners. He served as a Principal at GarMark Partners, where he focused on investing subordinated debt and equity in middle market companies. He served as Managing Director of Corporate Development and Client Service at PCG Asset Management, LLC. He served as the Head of Private Equity at Connecticut State Retirement and Trust Funds and State of Connecticut Pension Plan, where he restructured and rebuilt its $4 billion private equity program. He was employed at ING Barings Private Equity. He served as Principal at USBX Advisory Services LLC. He served as Portfolio Manager at Business Property Lending, Inc. He joined Garmark Advisors in 2007 and served as its Board Member and Advisor and also its Principal from 2007 to 2013. He served as the Managing Director at Pacific Corporate Group LLC, where he was responsible for discretionary and non-discretionary private investment programs for corporate and governmental entities. He also served as a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets Corp. in its leveraged finance group investing capital alongside financial sponsors. He served as a Principal Investment Officer of Private Equity at the State of Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds. Since 2003, he has headed the State of Connecticut's over $4 billion private equity program. From 2001 to 2003, he was a Partner at OG Capital, where he focused on private equity investments in the security industry. He served as the Managing Director with CIBC World Markets, focusing on mezzanine and private equity investments. From 1990 to 2000, he founded and served as Group Head of ING Group's New York Merchant Banking Division, where his efforts were critical in transforming ING into an active player in the leveraged finance and private equity sponsor markets in support of buyouts and growth financings. Prior to his involvement with ING, he worked in Heller Financial's Leveraged Funding Group, where he was involved in its due diligence unit and aided in workouts of troubled companies. Mr. Scopelliti has been an Independent Director of Quartile One, Student Transportation, Inc., and Student Transportation of America, Inc. since October 2004 and CES Security. He serves on The Camelot Group's Advisory Board. Mr. Scopelliti served on the Board of Directors of the Security Alarm Financing Enterprises and Marlin Financial Corp. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Institutional Limited Partners Association. He has more 20 years of middle market experience and is responsible for transaction sourcing, deal execution and the monitoring of portfolio companies. He has held NASD Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses. Mr. Scopelliti received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.

Ms. Karin McKittrick Kovacic serves as Vice President at Alcentra Capital Corporation. Ms. Kovacic has been Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development since June 14, 2013 at BNY Mellon-Alcentra Mezzanine Partners. She joined Alcentra in 2012 and was previously a Vice President at the firm since June 14, 2013. Ms. Kovacic focuses on business development and initiatives across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. She is also employed at Alcentra NY LLC. She leads new business development and deal origination initiatives. Prior to Alcentra, she developed and implemented CBIZ MHM LLC's growth, marketing and business development strategies in the New York Metropolitan area. Prior to CBIZ, Ms. Kovacic spent four years as Vice President at Fifth Street Capital, where she was responsible for North East deal origination, as well as coordinating their business development and marketing efforts. Ms. Kovacic also spent four years with UBS Financial as a Registered Associate where she was actively involved in institutional sales of equity related products and relationship management. She began her career at Smith Barney as a Registered Sales Associate. Ms. Kovacic is on the board of the New York Chapter of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA) and is the President of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). She serves on the board of ACG Global. She graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Purchase with a B.A. in Liberal Arts.

Mr. Steven Levinson serves at Alcentra NY LLC since March 2014. He is a U.S. Chief Compliance Officer at BNY Mellon-Alcentra Mezzanine. He joined Alcentra in October 2011. He is responsible for the oversight of the compliance function and to ensure that the business complies with all relevant rules and principles, identifying key regulatory risks and ensuring effective controls are in place. Prior to joining Alcentra, Mr. Levinson spent four years at Stone Tower Capital where he served as Director of Compliance. From March 2003 to December 2006, Mr. Levinson was the Chief Audit Executive at IDT Corporation. He began his career at Price Waterhouse and spent fourteen years in the Internal Audit departments of major financial institutions. Mr. Levinson received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Queens College of the City University of New York and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Financial Management from Pace University.

Mr. Scott B. Gold is employed at Alcentra NY LLC since March 2014. Mr. Gold is responsible for transaction sourcing, deal execution and monitoring of portfolio companies. He was a Partner and Senior Vice President at BNY Mellon-Alcentra Mezzanine Partners. Mr. Gold joined BNY Mellon in 2007. In 1998, Mr. Gold served as an Analyst for the Bank of New York's mezzanine and equity group, responsible for transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio company monitoring. Prior to BNY Mellon, he spent three years at Islanet, recapitalizing the company, acquiring a competitor and launching a new product line and operating subsidiary. He served as Vice President of BNY Capital Partners, L.P. In 1998, Mr. Gold was at BNY Capital Markets. Prior to Islanet, Mr. Gold served as an Associate at Coqui Capital. Mr. Gold serves on the Board of Grindmaster Cecilware Corporation. He received his M.B.A. from Fordham University, (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a B.S. from New York University.

Ms. Ellida McMillan, CPA is currently employed at Alcentra NY LLC. She joined the firm in 2013. Ms. McMillan serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer at BNY Mellon-Alcentra Mezzanine Partners. Ms. McMillan joined BNY Mellon-Alcentra in 2013. Since 2012, Ms. McMillan has served as a Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Tatum US. Prior to joining Alcentra in 2013, she consulted with Tatum Partners. Previously, Ms. McMillan was a Corporate Controller at KBC Financial Holdings from 2000 to 2004. Prior to KBC, she was an Associate Director of Fixed Income Derivatives at Bear Stearns & Co. from 1999 to 2000. Prior to joining Tatum US, Ms. McMillan owned McMillan Consulting, which provided management and financial consulting for small to medium sized businesses, including advising on accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and other financial matters. She began her career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen in the financial service sector. She is a licensed C.P.A. Ms. McMillan holds a B.S. from Fairfield University.
