Mr. Stanley M. Kuriyama, also known as Stan, has been the Executive Chairman of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. since June 26, 2012. Mr. Kuriyama served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. since January 2010 until December 31, 2015. He served as the President of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. from October 1, 2008 to June 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of A&B Land Group since July 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Matson, Inc. from January 2010 to June 2012 and its President from October 2008 to June 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer of A&B Properties, Inc. since December 1999. He served as Vice President of Properties Group at Matson, Inc. since February 1999. He served as Executive Vice President of ABHI from February 1999 to December 1999 and Vice President of ABHI from January 1992 to January 1999. He first joined A&B or a subsidiary in 1992. He served as Vice President of A&B-Hawaii, Inc., which then was A&B's property management and development and food products subsidiary. Prior to A&B, he was a Partner with the law firm of Cades Schutte Fleming & Wright, specializing in real estate and real estate financing. Mr. Kuriyama served as the Chairman of the Board of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. since June 26, 2012 until December 31, 2015 and as its Director since January 1, 2010. He served as the Chairman of the Board and Director of Matson Navigation Company, Inc. since September 1, 2009. He served as Vice Chairman of A&B Properties Inc. from December 1999 to September 2008. He has been a Director of Matson, Inc. since June 23, 2016. He served as Director of Matson, Inc. from January 01, 2010 to June 26, 2012. Mr. Kuriyama earned law degree from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Nelson N. S. Chun is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (???A&B???). He joined A&B in November 2003 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining A&B, he had been a Partner with the Honolulu law firm of Cades Schutte (???Cades Schutte ???) LLP. He had also been the Chair of the Cades Schutte's Business Organizations Practice Group and its Health Care Practice Group. He joined Cades Schutte in 1978, and became a Partner in 1983. While in private practice, he had been elected by his peers as one of ???America's Best Lawyers??? and as one of ???America's Leading Business Lawyers,??? as noted in the Chambers and Partners USA Guide. Before joining Cades Schutte, he was a Law Clerk to The Honorable Dick Yin Wong, Judge, United States District Court, District of Hawaii, from 1977 to 1978. He serves on the boards of the Hawaii Employers Council and Helping Hands Hawaii. He was chairman of the firm's Business Organizations Practice Group and its Health Care Practice Group. He is a 1974 graduate of Claremont McKenna College, and a 1977 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law.

Mr. Paul K. Ito serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. Mr. Ito joined A&B in 2005 as Director of Internal Audit, and was named Controller in 2006. In 2007, Mr. Ito was promoted to Vice President, Controller and Assistant Treasurer of A&B. Prior to joining A&B, Mr. Ito worked for Deloitte & Touche for nine years, where in his most recent position; he was a Senior Manager in the accounting consultation and research group of Deloitte's San Francisco national office. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master's degree of professional accounting with a concentration in Managerial accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has earned several prestigious academic honors including the Elijah Watt Sells Gold Medal Award for obtaining the highest score in the nation on the May 1996 CPA exam.

Jordan Brant serves as the Senior Vice President Leasing of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.. Jordan started at Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. in November of 2018. Jordan currently resides in Hawaiian Islands.
