Brad A. Thrall brings over 25 years of experience and accomplishments in mine operations management, environmental management and mine-closure planning and execution. Mr. Thrall has held a number of operations management positions with Viceroy Resource Corporation, Barrick Gold and Goldcorp and is also currently the President of Asset Liability Management Group. Mr. Thrall holds a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Alan McOnie, MSc (Geology), FAusIMM, has been a Vice President of Exploration at Alexco Resource Corporation since December 2010. Mr. McOnie has over 30 years experience as a professional geologist in mineral exploration, government and the precious metal industry. He worked as a geological and GIS mapping consultant in Australia, New Zealand and North America, including Alexco's Keno Hill Project and has held management and senior management level positions all through his career. He holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Otago, New Zealand and an MSc in Geology from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Michael Clark, also known as Mike, CA serves as Controller of Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp. (formerly Panthera Exploration Inc.) and Iron South Mining Corp. Mr. Clark has been Chief Financial Officer at Alexco Resource Corp. since December 15, 2014 and serves as its Company Ethics Officer and Corporate Secretary. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, of Goldgroup Mining Inc. from November 13, 2012 to December 15, 2014, Controller and Treasurer from May 01, 2010 to November 13, 2012 and Corporate Secretary from June 12, 2013 to December 15, 2014. He joined Goldgroup in May 1, 2010. Mr. Clark served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Blue Sky Uranium Corp. from September 03, 2008 to April 22, 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Golden Arrow Resources Corporation from September 3, 2008 to May 7, 2010. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Iron South Mining Corp. from September 3, 2008 to May 26, 2010. He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Panthera Exploration Inc. since September 3, 2008. Mr. Clark served as Chief Financial Officer of Itasca Capital Ltd. from September 03, 2008 to September 30, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Standard Tolling Corp. from September 2009 to May 7, 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Windstorm Resources Inc. from January 10, 2010 to August 19, 2010. Mr. Clark served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of IMA Exploration Inc. since September 2008 and also served as its Controller. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Grosso Group Management, which managed five publicly-listed mining companies primarily focused on exploration in North and South America. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (ICABC). He has a Degree in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Mr. James Harrington, also known as Jim, MSc, has been the President of Alexco Environmental Group at Alexco Resource Corporation since January 2010. Mr. Harrington served as Vice President of Engineering - Alexco Resources U S Corp. of Alexco Resource Corporation since February 2007. Mr. Harrington, whose technical expertise is focused on groundwater related remedial technologies and water treatment, has worked for the Alexco Environmental Group since 2007 as Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services. Previously, He served as Vice President in the corporate technical group at ARCADIS G&M and Vice President of mine remediation and closure at Shepherd Miller. He holds an M. Sc in Microbiology and Biochemistry.
