By creating a safe and inclusive space, we value our differences and consistently advocate for one another. Above all, the ALKrew is the heart of ALKU.

ALKU’s DE&I Team is made up of four smaller teams: Demographic Reporting, Communication, Attraction and Recruitment, and Internal Engagement. Each team consists of ALKU employees, from desk-level to executive, whose roles and responsibilities directly correlate with our mission to keep ALKU a great place to work for all kinds of individuals. These groups meet biweekly and are dedicated to ensuring that all aspects of ALKU’s business and culture are as diverse and inclusive as possible.

Eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have been created through our DE&I Council. ERGs are created and run by our ALKU employees to support the needs of the ALKrew:
