Adjuster have a good time here. Every other position is terrible. Company does not appreciate its employees even when some of them have been working for more than 7 days straight. There is no job security here. The HR department will sweep complaints under the rug and protect its managers.
I've had zero communication with them on follow through from the hurricane. My contractor is now looking to lien my property and sue me because they will not respond or release any funds.
Professionalism. No opinions, no retaliation, no rumors or exclusion at work. Work on leadership ethics and compliance training.
Stay away if they lose the USAA contract place will close.
The co-workers are the only good thing.
