Mr. Erez Antebi has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Allot Communications Ltd. since February 01, 2017. Mr. Antebi served as the Chief Executive Officer at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. from January 01, 2012 to April 2015. Mr. Antebi served as an Executive Advisor of KA Band solutions at Gilat Satellite Networks until January 1, 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gilat Network Systems at Gilat Satellite Networks from June 1, 2005 to April 6, 2010. Mr. Alberto Sessa has been the Chief Financial Officer of Allot Communications Ltd. since January 2017. Mr. Sessa has more than 20 years of experience, great talent and skill both in finance and business leadership in the hi-tech industry. Prior to joining Allot in 2009, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Flash Networks Ltd. (Formerl Name: Flash Networks, Inc). Mr. Sessa joined Flash Networks in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in financial management in both publicly-traded and privately-held companies, including extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Flash, Mr. Sessa served as the Chief Financial Officer of ARA Minerals from 2007 to 2009. He served as a Vice President of Finance at Amdocs Management Ltd from 2000 to 2007, strengthening the finance department's support of business activities, including strategy, budget and control, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration and business development. Prior to joining Amdocs, Mr. Sessa held several senior financial positions in privately held holding groups. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Group Corporate Chief Financial Officer of a privately held international group of companies. Mr. Sessa holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Mr. Andrei Elefant has been Chief Strategy Officer of Allot Communications Ltd. since February 1, 2017. Mr. Elefant served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Allot Communications Ltd. from June 30, 2014 to February 1, 2017. Mr. Elefant served as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Allot Communications Ltd., from 2008 to June 30, 2014. He served as Vice President of Product Management of Allot Communications Ltd., since 2007. He was responsible for product management, product marketing and strategic project management. He joined Allot Communications in 2000. Prior to joining Allot Communications, he served as officer in the Israeli air force. Mr. Elefant Holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Pinchas Gvili, also known as Pini, has been Vice President of Operations of Allot Communications Ltd. since 2006. Mr. Gvili served as Vice President of Operations of Celerica, Inc. He served as Vice President of Operations & IT/Customer Service at Terayon Communication Systems, where his responsibilities included managing all operations activities including forecasting, planning, production, logistics, practical engineering, customer service and beyond from 2001 to 2004. He served as Vice President for Operations for a start-up company specializing in solutions for cellular network optimization. From 1998 to 2000, served as of Manager of Integrategate. Mr. Gvili has extensive experience in manufacturing operations (from the prototype level to mass production), coordination of cross functional teams through the whole product lifecycle process and in the planning and execution of budgets and cost reduction activities to decrease COGS and personnel overhead. He served as Manager of Integration and Final Testing at Telegate, a developer of communications systems for cable operators from 1998 to 2000. He was also a Hardware/Software Engineer at Comverse/Efrat, a world leader of voice mail and digital recording systems, from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Gvili holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Champlain University (Israeli Branch) and a Degree in Electronics Practical Engineering from Ort Technical College.

Mr. Nir Pery has been Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Allot Communications Ltd. since October 25, 2017. Mr. Pery has a wealth of experience as a Software Executive with a well-established record of leading global engineering organizations as the R&D Manager delivering large, enterprise scale, complex products. Before joining Allot, he spent 20 years at Verint Systems managing various divisions as well as acting as the Israeli Site Manager for the Customer Engagement Solutions Division. His last role at Verint was Senior Vice President of R&D of the CES Product House. He also has extensive experience managing global product development organizations as well as his experience managing Product Management during his 3 year relocation to the USA. Some other senior executive positions that he held at Verint in the past includes: Senior Vice President of Global R&D for the Video Intelligence Solutions division and the Vice President of Customer Care for APAC Region. Mr. Pery holds a B.Sc. cum laude in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Rael Kolevsohn has been Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Allot Communications Ltd., since 2014. Mr. Kolevsohn has over 20 years' experience in international transactions, intellectual property and business and corporate law. He joined Allot Communications Ltd. from Radvision Ltd. where he served, from 2007 to 2014, as Vice President and General Counsel. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. from 1998 to 2007. He joined Gilat in December, 1998 as Legal Counsel. He served as Associate General Counsel and Associate Vice President of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. From 1994 to 1998, he completed his legal internship and worked as an Associate at the Tel Aviv law firm of Yossifoff, Amir Cohen & Co., for a period of 4 years. He is a member of the Israel Bar Association. Mr. Kolevsohn holds an LLB degree, with honors, from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, is licensed to practice law.
