
They'd probably be better if they were paid reasonably.
Too many acquisitions, loss of customer focus, lack of appreciation for employees.
In some divisions, managers have little or no familiarity with the fields they're nominally supervising.
Salaries are far below market. I've actually left for a 40% raise. The formerly excellent health insurance plans were replaced with sub-par offerings in 2021. RSUs have been largely abolished and the 401k match is negligible.
