What do you like best about the leadership team?
They interact heavily with all employees.
Team bonding is good. Giving enough to get things done
Awwsome. Would never know they are way above your pay grade by the way they treat you. Treated as equals and feel valuable even as an intern
Actually I think they know their vision but just don't have the right idea as to how do deliver.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses are pretty amazing and based on performance.
Competitive pay and great employee discounts and opportunites
Pay is not the only thing. It pays fare and creates great working environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and benefits Access to Equity
Salaries are very low compared to another software company. 401k matching is horrible and no rsu
A software company without software benefits.
Salaries are far below market. I've actually left for a 40% raise. The formerly excellent health insurance plans were replaced with sub-par offerings in 2021. RSUs have been largely abolished and the 401k match is negligible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help one another.

They'd probably be better if they were paid reasonably.

supportiveness, helpfulness, positivity, optimism, desire to do better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone is afraid of the CEO, no one wants to tell him bad news. He has no idea what is actually going on.
In some divisions, managers have little or no familiarity with the fields they're nominally supervising.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to interact with high level people.
They don't have a nice set up yet.

Actually solving difficult problems and working with some of the bright minds
Achievement and the knowledge I acquire through the processes or projects.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many acquisitions, loss of customer focus, lack of appreciation for employees.
