Mr. Hong Ao has been President of Aluminum Corporation Of China Limited since November 20, 2015 and has been its Executive Director since December 30, 2015. Mr. Yu is a Senior Engineer and has extensive experience in various aspects such as energy, non-ferrous metals, economics and management. Mr. Yu served as Vice President of China Power Investment Corporation (CPI). Mr. Yu joined CPI in July 1997. He successively served as the deputy general manager for technology and the general manager of SPEIC, the deputy head of Department of Science & Technology and Standards of State Bureau of Environmental Protection, the deputy head and head of Department of Science & Technology and Standards of State Environmental Protection Administration. He took temporary posts as an assistant to the chairman of the government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a standing member of the Municipal Committee and a deputy mayor of Baotou City. He had also served as a vice chairman of the government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a member of the Party Committee and a deputy general manager of China Power Investment Corporation and a member of the Party Committee and a deputy general manager of State Power Investment Corporation. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Aluminum Corporation Of China Limited since April 8, 2016 and as its Executive Director since August 17, 2017. He served as Non Executive Director of Aluminum Corporation Of China Limited from April 8, 2016 to August 17, 2017. Mr. Yu is a Professor and graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and School of Economics of Paris West University Nanterre La D???fense, majoring in development economics, with a doctoral degree in economics. Mr. Yu holds an MSc. and a PhD of High-level Social Science Academy of France & Economic School of Paris No. 10 University.

He served as a Supervisor of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited from October 13, 2006 to November 12, 2015 and served as its Head of Finance Department for Chinalco until November 12, 2015. He served as the Director of Finance at Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco) since December 2009. He served as Deputy Head of the Finance Department of Chinalco at Aluminum Corporation Of China Limited. He served in various positions in Chinalco including as a Deputy Director of the finance department from October 2000 to March 2002 and from March 2006 to December 2009. Mr. Zhang also served as the Manager of the general management office of the finance department of Chalco from March 2002 to February 2006, the Deputy Director of the finance department and the Director of the accounting office of the finance department of China Copper Lead ZInc.
