Mr. Kevin B. Bender has been the Chief Operating Officer of American River Bankshares since September 14, 2009 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2005. Mr. Bender serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President American River Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of American River Bankshares from 1999 to October 2009. He also served as an Executive Vice President of American River Bank, a subsidiary of American River Bankshares since March 2005 and also served as its Chief Information Officer. Mr. Bender served as Senior Vice President of American River Bankshares, from 1999 to March 2005. Mr. Bender joined American River Bankshares in 1986 and he has served the financial services industry for over 20 years. Mr. Bender holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento and in 2008, graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Mr. Mitchell A. Derenzo, also known as Mitch, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of American River Bank since 1992 and American River Bankshares (formerly, American River Holdings) since 1995. Mr. Derenzo serves as the Principal Accounting Officer of American River Bankshares. He served as a Senior Vice President of American River Bank, a subsidiary of American River Bankshares. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Source Capital and North Coast Bank since 1999 and 2000, respectively.

Ms. Diana Walery has been a Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications of American River Bankshares since December 2004. Ms. Walery served as Head of Corporate Communications of American River Bankshares.

Mr. Stephen H. Waks, Esq., serves as Secretary of American River Bank and American River Bankshares (formerly, American River Holdings). Mr. Waks is Attorney-at-Law and Owner of Stephen H. Waks, Inc. in Sacramento. He has been a Director of American River Bankshares since 1986. He serves as a Director of American River Bank.

Ms. Erica Fernandez serves as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager of American River Bankshares. Ms. Fernandez has been Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager of American River Bank since November 2, 2011. Ms. Fernandez joined American River Bank in May 2009 and has over sixteen years of banking experience. Prior to American River Bank, she worked as Senior Vice President, Consumer Market Executive at Bank of America. Ms. Fernandez has a B.S. from California State University, Sacramento.

Mr. Dennis Raymond has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President at American River Bankshares and American River Bank since December 07, 2017. Mr. Raymond oversees the loan production for American River Bankshares. He has more than 25 years of lending experience in California and Nevada markets to his new role. Prior to joining American River Bank, he worked for Farmers & Merchants Bank as Senior Vice President/Market Manager in Sacramento and Irwin Union Bank where he was Senior Vice President/Market President for Sacramento & Reno. While at F&M, he oversaw the Bank's commercial loan division and led collaborative sales efforts with lending, retail, treasury management, small business and mortgage teams. Mr. Raymond is active in the community. He holds board positions with Visit Sacramento and the Power Inn Alliance and he serves on leadership committees with the American Heart Association and Sierra Forever Families. Mr. Raymond holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
