Mr. Daniel Patrick McGahn, also known as Dan, has been Chief Executive Officer of American Superconductor Corporation since June 1, 2011 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from December 2009 to June 2011. Mr. McGahn served as Senior Vice President of AMSC Superconductors and Asia/Pacifc at American Superconductor Corporation from May 2008 to December 2009 and General Manager of AMSC Superconductors and Asia/Pacific from December 2006 to December 2009. He served as President at American Superconductor Corporation since December 2009 until June 2011. He served as Vice President of AMSC Superconductors and Asia/Pacific at American Superconductor Corporation from January 2008 to May 2008. Previously, Mr. McGahn served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development at AMSC from December 2006 to January 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President of Asian Operations. He joined AMSC in December 2006. Utilizing his experience in management, business development and strategy, he is spearheading the commercialization of 344 superconductors and applications. Additionally, in 2007 he established AMSC China, a wholly owned enterprise of AMSC in China focused on manufacturing, sales and service for AMSC products. Mr. McGahn served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Konarka Technologies Inc., from 2003 to 2006. While at Konarka, he helped significantly boost its profile with key external audiences and secure nearly $40 million in financing. He also was responsible for business development efforts in Asia, Europe and North America. He served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Hyperion Catalysis and managed its domestic and international operations in 16 countries, directed product development and led the build-out of Hyperion's manufacturing facilities. He has been a Director of American Superconductor Corporation since June 1, 2011 and BioDE Ventures Ltd. since July 27, 2017. Mr. McGahn served as the Director at Business Development and Operations of IGEN International, where he developed biological detection and measurement systems and was responsible for product development, marketing and operations. He held managerial positions at Princeton Consultants. He has been a Director of Exro Technologies Inc. since July 2017. Mr. McGahn holds M.Sc. in Engineering and B.Sc. in Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. John Ulliman has been Vice President of Government Programs of American Superconductor Corporation since 2006 and is responsible for defining, pursuing and winning government contracts across all of AMSC's businesses units, including development contracts and product procurements. Mr. Ulliman joined AMSC in October 2006 from Northrop Grumman Corporation. In his 13 years with Northrop Grumman, he served in various managerial capacities and also served as Northrop Grumman's Corporate Director of Enterprise Campaigns. Mr. Ulliman served as the Director of the Integrated Power Systems Program of Northrop Grumman from 2004 to 2005 and was responsible for program management, system design, land based testing and ship integration of the US Navy's DDX (now know as DDG 1000) class of destroyers. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 1993, Mr. Ulliman served as Manager of Planning and Business Development of General Electric's Astro Space Division (now Lockheed Martin) and Manager of Marketing and Programs of BF Goodrich Aerospace. He began his career at General Electric Company with marketing and sales responsibilities for it's marine and industrial power generation and distribution systems. Mr. Ulliman holds a BS degree in Engineering from Purdue University.

Mr. John W. Kosiba, Jr., has been Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer at American Superconductor Corporation since April 4, 2017. Mr. Kosiba is responsible for the overall financial management of AMSC's strategy and operations. He oversees AMSC's finance, accounting, treasury and internal audit functions. He joined AMSC as Managing Director, Finance Operations, in June 2010, later served as Vice President, Finance Operations, from September 2011 to May 2013. Mr. Kosiba served as Senior Vice President, Gridtec Solutions and Finance Operations at American Superconductor Corporation. Mr. Kosiba has over 20 years of finance, accounting and business planning experience including more than 10 years of executive management experience. Prior to joining AMSC, he served at Amphenol Corporation, a manufacturer of interconnect products for military, commercial aerospace and industrial markets, where he was Division Director and Controller for their military aerospace division and responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, audit and all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the division. He served as Vice President of Finance at Hybricon Corporation since January 2005. He was responsible for directing the financial and accounting activities of Hybricon including budgeting, strategic planning and all aspects of financial analysis. He joined Hybricon in 2000 as Controller. His previous experience includes Divisional Controller at Dynisco Instruments, Financial Consultant at Ross Systems and Financial Analyst for American Power Conversion. He is a member of the American Accounting Association and Beta Gamma Sigma, National Honor Society in Business. Mr. Kosiba received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Business Administration from Boston University.

Mr. James F. Maguire, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Technology at American Superconductor Corporation since April 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President of Operations since May 2013. Mr. Maguire served as an Executive Vice President of Windtec Solutions at American Superconductor Corporation since January 2013 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Projects, Engineering & Grid Segment since May 2011. He served as Vice President of Superconductor Projects at American Superconductor Corp., from March 2007 to March 2010 and was responsible for its HTS cable and fault current limiter projects, among others. Prior to joining AMSC, he served as President of Applied Engineering Technologies Ltd. (AET Ltd.) which he founded. At AET, he developed a standard product line of research-based cryogenic equipment and performed research and development on several types of cryogenic refrigeration systems, including pulse tube, GM and reverse Brayton systems. He served as an Engineering Manager of Janis Research Co., where he was responsible for the technical performance of it's products and new product development. He began his career working in several roles at MIT National Magnet Laboratory, performing analysis and verification of superconducting conductors for large-scale applications. He is a 25-year Industry veteran. Mr. Maguire holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University.

Mr. Gerald Hehenberger serves as a Vice President and General Manager of Windtec, a subsidiary of American Superconductor Corp. Mr. Hehenberger is a 20-year veteran of the wind power industry who joined AMSC upon completion of its acquisition of Windtec in January 2007. He founded Windtec in 1995 and continues to lead this AMSC subsidiary's sales efforts and operations. Prior to founding Windtec, Mr. Hehenberger served as a Consultant in the wind technology field where he developed wind farms in various countries including the United States, Germany and Israel. He served as the Managing Director and Technical Director of Villas for five years. Mr. Hehenberger earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Graz in Austria.
